Thanks for the replies...I am drinking a lot of water the past week and watching what I eat...keeping a close eye on carbs with a ton of sugar! I also joined one of the SP challenges at Challenge Central and it is keeping me focused. It is a 30 day Plateau Busting challenge...very simple but so far it' s doing it' s job!

You only get one body..take care of it!..

I find when nothing is working I up my water intake and eat a lot of protein for a few days and it kick starts me into weight loss

Get the junk food out of the house. For me, if it's in the house I want it, but if it's not readily available, I don't miss it.

Keep plenty of fresh fruit around, and healthy snacks.

Track what you're eating, and how much, even if you go over your limits. It will keep you accountable.

I have been trying to get back into the losing game since the first of the year...like many ,I amsure...I have cut down conciderably but still can' t sem to get through a day without sabotaging my own progress! I really need to see that scale move downward to get my motivation peaked. So far I have maintained this month.
So what can I do to amp up my drive to stay on track. I know there is a different answer for everyone..I am hoping that just sharing my thoughts wil keep me liking forward !
