I have been pretty good about my water. I also stayed with my plan fairly well. Slipped a couple of times but did not put weight back on me but just slowed my loss a little.

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE OH BOY DECEMBER ALREADY WHERE HAS THE TIME GONE?
