I made my goal with days to spare!!!! of course, I haven't gotten through Christmas yet, LOL.

Next goal is 10 by Valentine's Day! The Community College has open swim as soon as the school opens after Christmas break, and my swim classes start at the end of January. I have to sign up for those and Tai Chi to get me through the season. I do hope winter doesn't get in my way.

I suffer from SAD, so I am devising ways to overcome it. First was the purchase of SNOW boots, so that if it DOES snow like last year, my boots don't have holes in them! Second is the classes I am signing up for. Third will be a new set of tires and brakes, so I am not worried about driving in it!

But first there are cookies to bake and not eat and the BIG FOOD DAY to get through! Be Strong All!

JUMPUP Have you ever seen 5 lbs. of fat? I googled it and all I can say is emoticon EEEEKKK!

Strength and courage, Stormie! We all need some of that!

My goal for December is a measly 5 lbs. With the holidays and my trip, I'm betting I can still do it! Will require concentration and - strength and courage!

I like your plan. I try to never wish people luck on their weight loss journeys - I prefer wishing them success but I like your wish for strength to carry out your plan even better. I definitely wish you great strength, patience, and joy as you proceed to succeed in your plan.

Today is my "Official" start date of my 100 days x 3 + 64 challenge to lose 68.8 lbs.

Don't wish me luck please, wish me the courage to change the things I can and the strength to continue and motivation to carry me forward.
