You have to look at this a little like a marathon, sometimes you hit a wall and you just have to try and push through. Also, focus on the healthy habits you are building for a life time and not the number on a scale. Sometimes you have to change your focus a bit.

The trick is to NOT ALLOW that feeling to derail you - I went more than 2 months without losing a single pound - then dropped 10 pounds one week and 12 the next week - you and I BOTH know that I didn't REALLY lose the weight in a single week but since I had been sticking to my exercise and eating plans, I did eventually lose all of those pounds. I think my body has become so accustomed to yo-yoing over the years that it REFUSES to release ANY weight until I PROVE THAT I AM NOT GIVING UP. So, take heart and DO NOT GIVE UP.

I HAVE DAYS LIKE THAT. WHEN THE SCALE DOES NOT WANT TO MOVE. THAT IS WHEN YOU KEEP MOVING AND DRINKING YOUR WATER PLUS COUNTING THOSE CALORIES OR POINTS. emoticon emoticon emoticon
