I was a MOB a few years ago. I stayed focus by remembering my goals, I exercised by thinking of my daughters wedding and what that meant to me. It is not easy, I did gain much of my weight back when caring for my mother who had lung cancer. Stress is really the biggest issue most of us face. I did not have to deal with the holidays when she got married. The one thing I learned was how to eat less of sweets and such. I lost a lot of that during my mom's illness but I am back now. I do eat some of the cookies I made but only a couple a day. During times like my daughters wedding and the holidays my main goal is just not to gain weight, I don't try to lose.

MOBs you're out there. Start shooting the advice to help me stay on my diet during the two weeks before my daughter's wedding. Between the holidays and nervous jitters, I'm going to have a difficult time fitting in exercise and conscientious eating. Ideas?
