A slightly roundabout way of finding your calories and minutes is to set up big long term 'goals'. It tracks your cumulative calories/minutes and shows them as a percentage of your goal.

I'm going to X post this elsewhere, but I thought I'd let anyone who's watching this thread know about something I just discovered.

I had knee surgery recently and probably the hardest part of using EA SA has been the running. I never enjoyed running before then, but now I have a knee that aches more than it used to, especially after exercising. Today, I decided to see if I could use my stationary bike for the running sections of my workout and it worked! Yes, I know the distance is easier to cover than it was while running, but I can counter that with increased tension on my bike and longer distances. It is so much easier on my knee, which keeps me at it more often, so it is absolutely worth it!!!

Just wanted to let everyone else know!!!

Carol5280, thanks for reposting the tip you read about running around the room instead of running in place. I tried that today & found it much easier to stay at my target speed. Now I just wish the room was a little bigger. I was starting to get a little dizzy.

I am a person who does not like loose ends. I dabble in different Wii things and also wish I could record it on active, but here is my bottom line. I am S
SOOoo grateful for SP. That is where I get to put my final fitness minutes all in one place and see it with my own eyes.

I just keep a piece of paper next to where I am working out and quickly jot it down. I have not found any other way .... sorry :(

I'm getting ready to start my 3rd challenge. The only way I found was to record the amount given to you at the end of each workout and add them together. Otherwise, it just adds them together.

Patriots, Red Sox, Keto, Zumba, Highland Games are my passions. I may live in Oregon but my heart still roots for Boston!!

I think the More Workouts title will give you weekly totals for both titles (Personal Trainer & More Workouts) which I guess is a step in the right direction, but I haven't seen anything that gives daily totals.

bummer - that's definitely a flaw in the program IMO. If it tracks them and logs them cumulatively, I see no reason why there can't be a daily total in the jouranl. Does anyone know if this is changed in the more workouts pgm?

Unfortunately, there isn't anything that tracks the daily total. At the end of your challenges, workouts, or custom workouts you will have to write your calories and minutes down.

Cherkyle - I am enjoying the overall program much more than I did the Wii Fit +. It is definitely more challenging! I did one workout when I first got it (30 mins - not sure which one) and it kicked my butt. I am now 1.5 weeks into the 30 day challenge, which I started on easy since that first one was so hard. So far, I have found that I would like more of a challenging strentgh training routine but the cardio is fine as is, especially the track parts. I am using my own bands (usually the medium one) but feel I could definitely do more reps. After reading a tip here, I have been running around the room instead of running in place, which I find easier to do correctly and yet more of a workout at the same time.

Hopefully someone can help you with this, unfortunately it is not me (I am wondering the same thing)

How are you enjoying the workouts?

Best of luck to you!

Is there any way to see daily calories burned and minutes worked out? I've been using EA for a couple of weeks and can only seem to find the totals to date. Yesterday I did a 30-day workout then later did some cardio boxing and tennis drills on custom, but did those at 3 separate times over the day. I would like to be able to log my time/kcal here but I couldn't find the total for the day anywhere on EA.
