I too moved up too. I started on the easy level but found like you guys that it just became too easy and not challenging enough. Move up and go for it!! I have now gone from medium to hard and it is seriously challenging me!

I moved up!!(to medium from easy) Boy am I glad I did! I was sweating like a pig during the warmup!
I burned 170+ calories in 20 minutes (my last few workouts on easy were 80+ calories in 12-15 min)
It was hard but I LOVED IT!!

Yeah I've only been doing the Wii and watching what I eat, I started sparkpeople and the 30 day challenge on October 29th. I too am a recovering couch potato :) I'm always so lazy and worn out all the time it's amazing how much more energy I have after losing 13 lbs and exercising regularly.

Hey I noticed that we have lost about the same amount of weight. I have lost 12# since starting eating right and Wii-ing (November 3rd) Have you lost all of your since starting the wii?

I haven't tried it yet so I'm not 100% sure but I believe if you do a preset workout while on the 30 day challenge it does count towards your 30 day challenge.

I was so happy when I read your post - you sound exactly like me! I have 2 days left on my first 30 day challenge and am wondering the same thing. The last 2 days my workouts have been 13 - 15 minutes. I'm barely breaking a sweat. I was planning on staying on the easy level until I reached a plateau then bumping up at that time. You can switch your level in the middle of a challenge if need be, also if you want to just try a workout on the medium you can go into the preset and custom workouts section (right below where you click to enter the 30 day challenge) and you can scroll down to Workout 1 30 day challenge (medium) and try that one. Before I started my challenge I would just go in there and pick a workout based on how much time I had and I did do one of the medium ones and I didn't think it was too bad. The moves are all the same you just do a few more reps. The workouts are a little longer but not by much they would range from 16 to 25 minutes, instead of ranging from 11 to 20.

Hi, I am about to finish my first 30 day challenge (12# gone!) I am a recovering couch potato, never exercise, so when I first started and even a few days ago, this was kicking my rear on easy. But some days (like today) I get done and I want more. I am burning less than 100 calories, where when I started I was burning 150. Is it time to move to the next level? What can I expect on medium? How long are the workouts? Sometimes mine are 15 minutes.

Sorry to ask so much - but I know someone has been where I am at and can help! Thanks a bunch!
