DH and I went out to lunch so I had a bowl of cereal for dinner. I love to do that. I cut up strawberries and put them in the cereal. Yum!

I chill the shrimp and place it on top of the salad.
The fat calculations on the shrimp recipe appear to be high, I'm not concerned. When roasting the shrimp very little oil is absorbed.

nvr2healthy,you sound like me.he got hambuger helper tonight.my dr.told me no meat,no fried,no dairy.so i've been having salad.now i don't feel like cooking at all.that means glenn not getting the best of meals.

Switching to a large meal at lunch, is really working for us. I have no energy come 5PM, so a healthy snack for dnner is really helping.

Another thing that helps for lunch is preparing the carbs ahead. So, brown rice for 2 days and other things that can be seasoned differently.

I counted the other day and we each had 8, 1/2 c. servings of fruit and vegetables. We'll probably pass for bunnies by Easter.--PJ

BRATS4, unlikely Glenn would be able to make it to Minnesota in time for dinner. My plans for dinner have changed since I overindulged in my healthy nut mix... which wasn't a healthy choice since I overindulged! My husband is now stuck with leftovers pulled from the freezer. Fortunately, they're still identifiable.

Popcorn. Before, you start yelling, we had our big meal at noon. White meat turkey burger, sauteed mushrooms in sugarfree hazelnut broth, cucumber wedges, fresh fruit, 6 baked corn chips and fresh salsa. See healthy, low carb and low cal.
