Oh my I would be fine and put groceries away and find me sitting on the floor crying about what I dont know but I try when I get in a funk do something else get out of it it crazy but I would walk or sit and grab a craft and just do it even if I had to pull it out

I soooo relate, you definitely are not alone. emoticon I went thru a funk for about 2-3 months. Didn't want to exercise, ate greasy food, then went to the Dr. for my "annual". My cholesterol was high emoticon . They wanted me on meds. No way-- I asked for 3 months. I started taking flax seed, and Black Cardio,, eating heathier and upped my exercise. I already see the difference. Feel better and have a better attitude. It also helps when you have someone to talk to. I'm here for you if you need someone to vent to. send me a note. Good Luck.

I so feel like that at times too!! so your not alone... the thing i do is plan ahead and try to exercise or do something.. cause that helps.. food i think helps too.. the better you eat the better you feel..I always feel like crying and sometimes i dont know why.. and then with not a lot of sun also makes me feel blue.. so make sure if you dont have a lot of sun right now take some vitamin D.. so it will get better just try things and see what helps you! emoticon

Hi, CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE emoticon at times i am fine but at other times i feel so down everything is magnified by 100% things i am not happy with about myself just seem so much worse. I even get to the point that i hate myself and i am so paranoid about everything, is there any thing i can take that would make things at least some what better. Its really starting to get me down if someone says something that would normally not bother me i could start crying when i feel like this. emoticon I dont want to be feeling like this.
