Trying so hard to lose the belly fat, there's so little difference sometimes in results between doing it all right (eating, water, exercise, sleep) and not, I sometimes wonder why bother? But I fell better when I do all these things, and it does tighten up even with very little weight loss (I don't have much to lose, but it's all in the belly - 10 pounds).

I am taking Chinese herbs for the menopausal symptoms (with my Dr's approval), usually get enough sleep, am actually following WW Points Plus, and exercise 5-6 times a week (kickboxing, boot camp, yoga, biking, Core Fusion), what else can I do?!?! and water. My body seems to want to weigh a certain amount no matter what!

How do you all deal with that? Oh, and then there's the stress, right?

so very true.. I have done it and it was a lot of hard work but so well worth it.. have to push yourself .. but we all can do this!

loving myself as i am beautiful inside and out!!! Think positive .. you can do it!!!..... i do care.��Life is not easy for any of us, but what of that? We must have perseverance and, above all, confidence in ourselves.� � Don't give up we all can do this!!
Lost 110 pounds so far! i am loving it!
I am now exercising 50 mins a day working up to 60 ! Keeping active is so important!

I received an email today from Menopause Setpoint (I have the book, and signed up for the newsletter). It is very interesting on how many studies are being performed these days (all over the world) on obesity and the effects of dieting on the human body.

Please, find the time to read it. The article emphasized how difficult is to lose weight, and how important are proper eating habits and daily activity as a lifestyle for a long term weight loss.

All non negotiable if one wants to succeed. It is hard and required tremendous patience and perseverance.

There is no magic pill. There are no short cuts. There is only a 100% profound effort that will emit success. Do not compromise and do your best.
