It is going very slow.. find myself under alot of stress and I tend to want to eat mindlessly

Looking forward to Fall Challenge starting in 2 weeks, ends beginning of December so losing now will help me maintain over the holidays
I have numerous Christmas lunches & dinners all December, all free , also Christmas party's

My Birthday is January 12, so many free Birthday events for lunch, suppers etc,

My goal is always in December & January to maintain weight with exercise, I start losing weight the beginning of February, that way time to progress before summer.

I will meet my final goal weight in 2019.

Good, after I gained 10 pounds by Dr's orders for a hip operation on June 1, in June I lost the 10 pounds. In July I lost 6 more pounds, so back on track now with diet and exercise. Total lost since June 2 is 16 pounds.

Doing well, I weigh in on Saturdays, have lost some weight this month, had operations and hospital advised gain 10 pounds before operations on June 1, lost the 10 pounds plus more since, so now on track.
