Great job! Wow- maybe I need to get more strict to get fab results like you! I had the same bathroom experiences on cooler 1, but not when I'm just Eating Clean.
I naturally drink a ton of H20, but I also work out like a maniac and sweat tons when I do, and I live in Colorado where it's really dry. When I make it a point to drink more H20, I too find myself getting thirstier. It's kind of strange!

Anyway, keep up the great work- you've inspired me to get serious!

First of all CONGRATS on the 7.5 pounds! I drink 16 glasses of water a day; I also believe Tosca recomends extra water intake. I started drinking extra water because when you eat a lot of fiber, your body needs extra water. I had also read on that your body can flush fat a lot easier when you drink a lot more water (they recommended 1 - 1 1/2 gallons a day)
Also, a clean diet is a lot more fibrous; again this will carry fat THROUGH your body more easily.
You are doing GREAT! Glad you enjoy your new healthy way of eating!

So I just started eating clean Monday, after spending the weekend before reading through Tosca's books. I was excited to start this because it just made sense and truthfully there were just a few adjustments I had to make to my diet, different bread, truvia instead of splenda, no soda, brown rice instead of white... and a few others.

So far I am loving, I have a ton more energy AND the scale has shown me a 7.4lb loss this week!? I blasted through my plateau of over 1.5 years!!! Now of course I know that the weight was probably a combo of water and crap coming out of the body but regardless I am happy it's gone.

But I am noticing (and not complaining) that I am so thirsty while eating clean. I am constantly craving water! Now I should say before I started I hadn't had a soda in a few weeks so that wasn't it. Anyone else drinking more water because their body is craving it??

Also, is it normal for you system to get cleaned out those first few days? Not to give TMI but I mean cleaned out and all that crap ending up in the toilet. It's slowed down now but I was waking up early in the morning to hit the toilet.
