My usual work day breakfast. Two hard boiled eggs sliced onto two pieces of Udi's whole grain toast, and a bit of coconut oil on the toast. Simple, plain, suits my morning needs. Also green/herb tea blend sweetened with stevia.

I tried a Larabar uber Bananas Foster bar and I had an apple. I decided to try the bar because I could recognize and pronounce every ingredient on the label. Tasted good so this might be a good choice for the days when I need a quick breakfast.
