Mindfulness - live and be in the present moment. Breathe focusing only on your breath. If intruding thoughts come along, simply refocus back to your breathing. Do this at any time during the day. I do it at bedtime and I go to sleep doing it.

K - Kindness

Since the movie PAY IT FORWARD came out about 10+ years ago, there have been constant referrals to the phrase. If even half the population of the world paid a kindness they received forward to one more person, think of how much better our world would be. What is holding you back if you are not paying it forward?

ABC's of A Healthy Lifestyle
Okay, we are going to play a game. We go through the alphabet in order and come up with the various ways of what a healthy lifestyle is or how we can make one. I'll start with the letter A.

A - Attitude...to achieve anything we must have the proper attitude toward ourselves and that goal.

Next person uses the letter B and don't forget to explain why you chose that word! :)
