I see my pastor today so that ought to keep me busy. It takes about 1 1/2 hours to get there by city bus just because it is so far out in the city.

My goal for Sunday:

1)Clean the house
2)LAUNDRY!!!! (I had a problem with the washing machine recently and laundry is just piling up, time to do something)
3)Catch up with work
4)Exercise

My goals for Wednesday:

Take the bus up to get my monthly bus pass.
Walk to the bank and get my banking done.
Walk up to the grocery store to get what groceries I need.
Walk back to the bus terminal and catch the bus home.

Then, because my parents are coming on Thursday, I need to:
Vacuum
Clean the bathroom
Do up what dishes I have and unclutter so my mother won't sputter :)

My goal for Monday is to do my Total Body Seated Workout and add to it the cardio ideas I came up with last week when it was so rainy.

I need to vacuum if I am able to without my back giving in, and dishes need to be done up.

Well, my goals for Wednesday mostly came about. I did get my groceries but I wasn't able to do my Seated Exercise Program because I had walked for about 2 hours in total. My back was burning when I got home. But I DID get almost 3000 steps and I think that counts as exercise :)
My goal(s) for Thursday:
To do my daily exercise routine.
Depending on the weather, attend the ladies Bible study - if it is not storming
To do up my dishes
To vacuum.

My Goal For Today Is...simply put, write out at least one of your goals for today. Scientists have found that if people actually write out their goals, they keep them better than if they simply think them in their head. So, let's see some goals!!!!

My Goal For Today Is...to exercise my daily routine, get groceries and if I am not burnt out with my back by that time, to do my laundry up downtown - The laundry takes a LOT of energy for me and is very hard on my bad back.
