Not sure.... just to be safe... If it were me... I would add.... a tiny amound of fruit on my list...
example... if it were strawberry... I would put... .25....

I always tend to go on the higher end... rather than not count...

One of my new favorites is fruit water. My question is, how do I track it?? I use fresh fruit for the flavor, but don't actually eat the fruit.
Any suggestions??
