Thank you Kim, when I was getting in the shower yesterday, I was thinking OK it's the Devil trying to tempt me, so I said a Thank you to God for being in my life, and felt better. It was a gorgeous day out, and it was supposed to be a rest day for me. so much for that, I ended up with 16,273 steps & 121 min. exercise ( raking & digging), planning out a new flower garden.

@JANICEONE1 thank you for being in ours.

yes, it is a hard time right now, with all this isolation. But from the sounds of it, this virus is incredibly deadly. A friend just lost her 92 year old father to this. So terribly sad.

At least you can see them, if only from a distance.

Today was blue and beautiful, I hope it lifted your spirits a bit.

xoxo

last night looking out my kitchen window, I see my brother burning off his garden, getting it ready to plant. I stepped out on the porch, and my other brother who lives in front of me, they were sitting around their bonfire, this was the first time since this all started that I was a little depressed, normally we would all be around one bonfire chatting and having a great time, also we won't be getting together for the family Easter feast. Can only wait until this virus goes away, if it ever does. Sending out emoticon to all my Spark Family and thank you for being in my life.

I hear you on that one, I mow with a rider and it takes me 2 & 1/2 hours, when our mower broke one time, I said OH I can mow it with the push mower!!!!!!!! That almost killed me, it took me three days to do it. I've never had allergies to grass or flowers until the last couple of years, I used to love cutting a bouquet of lilacs and bring them into the house, not anymore, I start sneezing like crazy. It's tough to get old.............LOL

@JANICEONE1 I did the mowing for my family for YEARs, probably since I was 12. Found out in my twenties that the reason I felt so sick afterwards was because one of my worst allergies is grass.

So yeah, life is complicated, even if you know how to do your own mowing, which I do. I prefer my little self-propelled mower to the gas one though, but this yard is about ten times bigger than my city yard in my former house. this one takes me two days to do it on my own.

Not whining, just a statement of fact. It takes its toll.

that's why life for me, isn't complicated, my father taught me how to mow when I was 13 years old, I change the oil in my mower that's almost 20 years old, and I survived on my own after my husband passed away 19 years ago this month. The Sun's coming out. Have a great weekend all

Trying to figure out if.... since it is unlikely our lawncare services are essential businesses, whether we have to do our lawn ourselves. I hate mowing. We're also considering putting in a garden, but i'm not sure I'm up to digging, and if the lawncare people are not going to rototill for us... well... that could be interesting. I have done the method where you just cut a hole in the grass and plop plants into it. Am thinking of ordering some seed potatoes, etc. and rhubarb from the local TSC.

And joining a CSA. have heard there may be trouble getting migrant workers here to work the farm fields, so life could be changing even more shortly. Hm.... modern life is complicated isn't it?

Thanks for the info, Kim. Hubby deals with mice but he uses traps. I didn't like the shingrix shots either

Not pushing you, really, just it seems like the best solution (maybe) unless his dogs are cat killers.

Speaking of which, someone yet again proposed putting mothballs in a plastic container with holes punched in the top, to deter critters from nesting under various structures. Most of you probably know this already, but this is actually illegal. Its against the law to use pesticides in ways not prescribed on the label, and that's according to the EPA. The Master Gardener program taught me that! And it doesn't work terribly well for mammals, because, you know, they aren't bugs or insects.

I'm going off at tangents. LOL. Got my last Shingrix shot yesterday and am not feeling good. Funny how it affects your brain too, as I've made some silly mistakes today. Tomorrow will be better.

@Janiceone1 tell your bro to get some outdoor cats. That is what friends of mine on a small sheep ranch did. Chickens for the bugs, cats for the rats.

with me, it was I'll get to those mags. later, now 20 year LATER, I never did get to them, so it's out with them. My brother has a few chickens and for some reason he now has rats to deal with. I hope he gets rid of them so they don't come pay me a visit. I was on the phone with John last night, and I tell him, I think it's thundering out, he listens & said no, I think there's a truck going by here. A few minutes later he says I think you're right...........really!!! we had a good storm blow through. Have a good week all

I must admit that I have old magazines too. I know our library is always taking donations and I wonder what they do with all of them. Even paper back books. I am grateful because they often end up with an entire collection in different categories - large print, paperbacks, on tape, etc. I collect cookbooks and would interested in buying those.

When China broke out with the coronavirus all these people in that area from the states wanted to come back home and the Feds only let them land at 5 airports like in Washington, California, Illinois, New York, Georgia so it as no surprise that these place were infected first. They should have quarantined them but didn't so they spread it out through the country. Stupid decision.

We are also dealing with mice. Sick of them!!

@JANICEONE1 Some dealers pay top dollar for them. We had some that were interested in the library's old back issues, but these dated back to the 1800s. Crazy stuff. My bosses then got all hyper about the fact that we were selling these to people who would then sell them for a profit. We had already offered within the state, and then I was asked to offer them nationally.

No takers for most of it. I understand that after I was downsized from there, they wound up selling much of the library's pre-1950 collection for pennies per yard. Not sure how that was better than what I was doing, but that's the way of administrators world-wide. And yeah, there was question about selling things off that had been paid for with tax dollars, but since we could prove that the dust was inches thick on these titles, I really didn't think the FBI was going to come after us for that one.

Lost opportunities, eh?

My state is rapidly becoming a locus for corona virus. We have over 111 deaths and are skyrocketing in number of cases. Part of that is the extensive testing. But a great part of that is that we are one of the two major airport hubs for the Midwest. The other one is Chicago. Yay...

Not being very productive. Depressed, probably. Plus avoiding something I really don't want to do. We're still dealing with mice problems.

Another hot day. We had to turn the A/C on. Storms went through. Hubby and I put out the lawn furniture and yard decor. We filled some flower pots with dirt. Hubby has started transplants. We are keeping busy.

Janice - things are a lot worse here now as to necessities. Plenty of junk food though. We used surgical gloves when we got out the one time to try to get some meat. I saved the gloves from when my mom died. People were fighting over the meat. We gave up and will not be going back to town. A home gym sounds great.

Kim, I had to do a phase 1.5 and could never really add in all of the grains. Our governor got on this corona virus very early so he started shutting things down slowly. We start cutting back early on. Our state went from being high on the infected list and we moved down a lot. I am still at high risk though. I read a couple of magazine that said that China didn't consider coronavirus a problem in asthmatics but China is not known as a reliable source of info. Iran and Russia aren't either. WHO, the CDC, and The Asthma and Allergy Foutndation of America all list asthma in the high risk group for coronavirus.

According to the WHO and the CDC, the highest risk groups include:

People who have traveled in from a country with a Level 3 Travel Notice
People caring for someone who is ill with the coronavirus
People over age 65
People who are pregnant
People with chronic medical conditions such as:
High blood pressure
Heart disease
Diabetes
Renal failure
Liver disease
Immunocompromised people, such as those on cancer treatments
People with a body mass index over 40
Asthma (and other lung disease

MTRANCHWOMAN - my hubby worked in Montana. He was a ranch hand on a ranch outside of Gardiner. Montana. 282 acres would be wonderful to shelter in place in.

my neighbors are my family not too close, I'm writing down my daily goals to do on a erasable dry board. It makes it very easy for me to keep track of what I have to do. I am getting in my 15 min. exercise daily since Zumba has been cancelled. MTRANCHWOMAN so glad you can teach your Grandchildren the things they need. I learned so much from growing up next door to my Grandparents. It was a very fun childhood where we went out from mornings & stayed out till we were called home for supper

Having my nearest neighbor one mile away makes "distancing" easy. Today, we got take out from the local cafe. It is snowing as I write this and both kids, ages 9 and 7, are happily latch hooking designs in to plain mesh canvas. They caught on very quickly. You could take away the snow that is coming down now and I would be happy because I am anxious to get to my garden. There is lots to do.

I can do it with your help!

@MTRANCHWOMAN sounds wonderful! And I'll bet it is wonderful for your grandchildren just to be out of the stressful atmosphere and to be someplace safe.

I was thrilled to have completed all the grocery shopping. It was easy, we got most (not all) of what we asked for, and I picked up nearly every thing else at a local grocery store. Yes, i shopped in person.

And then the governor's announcement came out and everyone rushed to the grocery store. Goodness! People need to calm down a little.

Still wondering what our future holds, but working on just being in the moment and not wondering too far in advance.

Some fun things to do tomorrow, but I worked today on taking the trash out and putting things away. Its a good start.

Yes this morning's lesson was homemade biscuits. My granddaughter wants to learn latch hook and I have a project for her. If the weather stays in the 40s we will be out starting the garden. I usually plant lettuce, radish and other cold crops the end of March. Most imprtantly, the grandchildren have un-stressed and slept in. They are away from the stresses of their parents and the craziness going on in cities. They slept in until 6:30-very unusual, since they are usually up and at it at 6 am. It is a great distraction for us too. Papa and the kids just headed out for a walk (on 282 acres) they won't meet anyone. Gives peace of mind to my daughter plus she only has 2 mouthas to feed. Her store will be shut soon and the corporation has a plan to carry them through 2 more weeks. After that??? Son in law works for Walamrt and they are giving bonuses and raises to the good workers to get them to stay, so he will still be working. Every day we do a learning program with the kids. It is harder to keep to my diet routine though.

I can do it with your help!

yes, @MTRANCHWOMAN enjoy your grand children! I hope they are open to helping with the veggie garden and cooking, and learning skills from you. My sister and I treasure the time spent with grandparents learning about their interests and learning their skills. Grandma taught my sister to crochet, and a great aunt taught her to tat. To this day, she still does both. Pretty cool stuff.

@JANICEONE1 I'm guessing that donation places are not considered essential services. :( We need a place to store our donations! I suspect that we will be putting them some place safe, like the garage, and then loading up the van and taking it in when the stay-at-home order is lifted.

Yup, Michigan is on stay-at-home status as of now. Its been a while coming, should have happened sooner. We have three times the number of cases that Ohio has. Sigh. Wishing we still only had 10 or 20..... sounds so much better.

Scored bread, milk, butter, eggs today. its been a while since those were available. Forgot to check on flour and sugar, but there was NO TP. Goodness. Who is buying it ALL? Weird.

Looking forward to cherry pie and asparagus tonight. Yum yum....

We have to keep Praying that we can get through this, personally I think it's a message from God to tell us to slow down and get back to basics again.......... time will tell, stay safe

Sunday morning. My daughter and grandchildren arrived, washed hands and then hugs. A 7 hour drive and the stopped once-kids not getting out of the car. Today-church on line. We usually have church on the 2nd and 4th Sundays. Our pastor drives up from Billings. The church in Billings is closed too. What a time we live in. I will be distracted have my 2 grandchildren here (ages 9 and 7). Their school is closed aat least until March 27th, probably longer. With 282 acres, this is a good place for them with lots of space. Stay healthy everyone.

I can do it with your help!

just a little reminder, when you go to get gas bring gloves or a paper towel to pick up the handle of the gas pump, this is where the virus can get spread from also, we will get through this tough time. I'm actually looking forward to staying home for a while and maybe I will see the floors of my house again from all the stuff I bring home from the store........stay safe all

@MTRANCHWOMAN way to go! love your progress. don't forget that on stage two, you can start up as slowly as you like. Some people who have been very successful have done what they call a phase 1.5. So they will add in one carbohydrate maybe every other day, and maybe just TO ONE meal. Then they slowly increase it back to the more or less normal diet. (By the way, not advising just one meal a day, oh no! 3 meals plus snacks is MY motto).

I need to try to do that too.

@MORTICIAADDAMS and @JANICEONE1 we've been doing the pretty strict & self-imposed quarantine for over a week now. I only went out on Monday because we needed groceries very badly. Very surprised to see all the people in the stores and not a little alarmed. My cousin in ND went to her prom. Now they are seeing a big uptick in cases and starting to close down a few things. If they wait as long as New York did, they are going to be in really sad shape.

Read on the media news that Iran is severely underreporting the level of deaths in their nation. Someone told the reporters that it was actually more like 7,000 plus deaths and more on the way. Would not be surprised and think the same is probably true for Russia as well.

We're on track for having close to a half a million deaths by the end of the year (world wide). If it gets me, I hope my death is quick.

By the way, @MORTICIAADDAMS supposedly this is NOT hitting people with asthma harder than people without.

time to stay home, work on yard projects (although it is too cold here for that, still) and house/decluttering projects.

Stay safe out there, everyone.

Stay safe.

Our state went on lock down today. Hubby will not be working for a while. The bank is only open with the drive through now and will require an I.D. Very little will be open. Gas stations, grocery stores, hardware stores, banks, medical facilities, fire houses, police stations.

I went to get some groceries today and there wasn't much. No toilet paper, paper towels, tissues. Hardly any paper products, cleaning products, very little meat, or peanut butter, or beans. They had plenty of produce, plenty of bread, plenty of snacks. Very little on the shelves. The meat market only allows 2 packages of meat and they hardly have any. No chicken, no pork chops, no hamburger. I got pork steak and beef steak. Some fish.

My doctor wants me to fill out forms to be tested for covid 19 but I don't know if I will.

my sister is a lot better, but when I went into work yesterday, I stopped in to see the boss to see what was going on, and his daughter called him, shortness of breath and coughing, he told her to call her DR. I talked to him later and he said she was tested for covid-19 and to isolate herself till she hears whether it's that or something else. We closed the store today and will re-open tomorrow- reg. time, it was crazy in there Thurs, every one is home so they are cleaning out their houses and bringing us their donations............I like this quiet time for myself, I'm making supper for me & John tonight, did laundry, now doing dishes, ate lunch & will do my exercises...
have a great & quiet weekend

Every day there are more positive covid 19 cases in the area - 25 to 70 miles from me. 2 more counties. We still have no testing here.

Rainy here today. Storms on the way!

Janice, that doesn't sound good about your sister. I also think the key is staying home. Best to avoid others when something like this is going on.

MTRANCHWOMAN, I'm 67 with asthma so I am being careful too. Congratulations on the weight loss!

Kim, hopefully things will calm down with this virus soon. I think they want all people my age to stay home. I am wondering who all of the nimrods are. LOL. I am so not good at bread making.

I got the part to fix my old laptop computer Monday and finally got it fixed. I really missed using it but I have to get my new laptop going before this one totally gives out. It is so old.

Hubby and I are still struggling but I did manage to get my work done Monday. It was gruesome. LOL.

The Covid 19 virus is 2 counties away. 3 confirmed cases. I would not be surprised to find that we have it. It seems to me that they are deliberately keeping people from being tested to keep the numbers low.

No one is voting today here. The neighbors goats are running loose. The tree trimmers are working outside. The needy male neighbor keeps pestering them.

Just finished pase 1 ten pounds down. On to phase 2-I am modifying a little because I don't have all the whole wheat stuff in the house and won't go shopping for it. However, South Beach has taught me a lot in the last 2 weeks so I should be able to continue to lose weight.

I can do it with your help!

Someone just responded to a friend's post on Facebook, saying that she thinks we should spread the virus, so that all the nimrods will die off.

I'm astounded that people think it is ok to say such ugly things. Boy oh boy..... the good part is, that will come back to haunt her.

Doing grocery pickup today. Hoping that we don't have to go out again for a few weeks, but alas, no milk to be had. Dang. We definitely will need to make our own bread.

yes, I just heard on the news it could spread up to 6 feet away, so if you're in a room and someone has it they could spread to everyone in the room without even knowing it. This is very scary.

yes, be safe, it will pass and the media is at it again scaring everybody, if everyone that is sick just stays home it will be ok. I believe that in my heart. Maybe this is the time I need to really get at my house & clean out the stuff I buy at the store and don't use and bring it back. We're closing the Church until further notice, the lady that teaches Zumba called me last night and we're stopping Zumba for awhile, it takes some common sense and precautions. Have a great week all

Cold here too, but sunny. We've been trying to whittle down our stores, so I placed orders all via pickup at the grocery store. So we don't have to go shopping. Still light on bread. Hmmm... may have to make some!

Ohio, Illinois governors have both shut down restaurants and bars. California is asking bars and wineries to close. Wonder when Michigan will step up.

People coughing here, but its all sinus infections. Time for a really good spring cleaning and to catch up on projects! Wonder if its safe to take things to donations....

Things here are crazy but I am stocked up and we will ride this out. The shelves are empty in several stores. I have 4 books to read.

I feel better when I don't try to do too much. Taking it easy.

The storm damaged my computer so I have to use hubby's till I get it fixed.

@JANICEONE1 coming over to clean your house momentarily.....

ha ha. :)

As for leaves, a (very rude and unmannerly) guy on one of the early online forums was talking about packing in and packing out (e.g. whatever you carry in, pack it out). He said his girlfriend at the time didn't want to do that, because, you know, the smell. You have to pack out your TP.

Anyway, she snuck off and not long after, he heard a very loud scream. Seems she'd chosen a prickly pear leaf to wipe with, not realizing the underside of this soft leaf was, well, prickly. He laughed at her. They broke up. He sounded surprised about this.... I wasn't, but as my Dad would say, "Sounds like two jerks in a relationship together.... "

Sis is off for FOUR whole weeks. Wow. But I think that sort of thing is what it will take to get through this. Right now, no cases in this county, but some nearby ones have a case or two.

Reading some good books. Thank goodness i can borrow via Kindle & the internet!

I've now cancelled my long planned and much looked forward to trip to Wichita, KS. I don't feel good about traveling after 14 days from now, not with those cases popping up in Michigan. Pluls traveling is exactly what we're being asked not to do. But I feel mopey about it. :(

Rosy was all set to have a really good time at the national for her breed. And I was so looking forward to seeing friends I don't see very often.

Locally, all sports are cancelled for the high school and college/universities. All classes in higher education are going to be held online. Yet the home & garden show is starting today.... why? :)

I am puzzled about the TP panic. The local Sam's Club usually has it stacked to the rafters and there are big gaps back there now. I finally brought a pack from a company we don't usually buy, but when needs must. Yes we were low. . We buy a big pack and go through it in about 3 months maybe. I know there's a diarrhea component (low, but there), but come on!

Loathe hand sanitzer. Will buy soap over that gummy stuff. Plus, we can always use vinegar water or bleach water. Yay.

Time to work on working out (not at the Y, unfortunately) and cleaning the house!

Hi All, we're in full panic mode in Upstate NY.....I was going to the the store today & I see our Pastor and a few of the same family members changing the sign on our sign post-Cancelling the Corned Beef dinner for this Sat. so I go over & ask "What's up??"and Lexy tells me there is a Student where she goes to College that tested positive for this Corona virus, and they decided to cancel the dinner, so I ask what are we supposed to do with all the potatoes & onions & food that was already purchased????namely John, me and one other lady that already brought the stuff & left it downstairs at the Church.............no one could give me an answer. Also the stores in my area are out of toilet paper, for what reason ?? pure panic, I just tell them, the tree leaves will be out shortly, just pick a soft leaf

As to the virus I do feel safe in my small town (96) I live 11 miles away from it and my nerest neighbor is a mile away. I have enough food to last for months. I am 69 with COPD so I don't need the virus because it could kill me. I love staying home and I have plenty to do.
@MORTICIAADDAMS I am making fish kabobs tonight with Ahi tuna. I love fish, DH not a fan but this recipe looks great. Roasted veggies to which I also added musshrooms. I will let you know.

I can do it with your help!

Kim, I totally agree. I can find plenty of things at home to keep me busy but people writing to the CDC are coming unglued one day after being told to stay home.

You are totally right about it not being safer in the country. Most elderly people in my area don't open their homes to strangers and, I might point out, almost all of us own guns. That would include senile people, crazy people, felons, doomsday preppers, drug addicts, alcoholics, wife beaters, sex offenders, murderers, etc. Where I live there are only certain homes I would go to if I needed help.

MTRANCHWOMAN, I have also tried some South Beach recipes I didn't like either. If I didn't like it my hubby and son didn't either so I think it was the recipes. There are tons of foods I don't like.

@KIMJ01 Wish spring was coming up. Saturday is supposed to be 8 degrees and snow. I am hoping this is Ole Man Winter's Last Hurrah. I will start to share. I am only 8 days in to this diet and feel great and am learning fast. No Feta cheese, I don't mind the low fat varieties, not a fan of olives etc either. So when I have ggod replacements I will post Thanks for the idea.

@MTRANCHWOMAN keep sharing YOUR tips and tweaks. I find those incredibly helpful. Eating something you hate is not a recipe for long term success. I'm with you, there are some where I can't go no-fat. No fat ricotta or sour cream. Ick! I learned that 80 percent compliance is better than 100% no compliance. You have too, I'll bet.

How is spring coming up your way?

@KIMJ01 I am already tweaking the recipes or swapping out recipes. I have two more of the SB cookbooks so I have a wealth of choices. Some things I won't do-no skim milk I can only go to 1%, no margarine I will stick to butter, I am experimenting along the way. If I don't like a snack or recipe (won't eat orange roughy again), I swapit out with something from another day. I guess this is where the life style comes in. I am learning to automatically cook the SB way which is a very good thing. Thanks for the tips.

I can do it with your help!

So weird... I have projects to do, stuff to accomplish at home... why don't these people take pleasure in cleaning out a drawer, sorting through clothing and getting rid of stuff, or doing projects. Heck, try some new recipes!

@MORTICIAADDAMS was talking to my cousin, and she said she was thinking of applying for Census jobs and thought she would ask for assignment to a rural location. She thought that might be safer. I suggested that it wasn't any safer. Anyone who doesn't answer is highly likely to be either illegal, criminal, or of the survivalist persuasion, which mostly means people who don't like federal interference and philosophically do not want to comply with federal anything.

I told her that if she smelled strong chemicals in the area, it was probably a lab, and she should just pass on by and not try to talk to those people. I think she probably won't apply. Its just one of those really thankless jobs, which is why the salary is so high for it. It is supposed to be completely confidential and none of the information is shared with agencies, except the data (how many people, what ages, where in the country they are, but not addresses).

Oh well.

@MTRANCHWOMAN I have some SB recipes I loathe. Anything involving fish in my eggs, for instance, so I swap out a lot. There's one which is a boatload of spinach, which again, I really loathe. I like fresh spinach, not cooked. i'll put a few leaves in, but am not going to put as much as they say. I try to make it for it by putting in other vegetables or putting a side salad with the meal.

There's other tweaks you can do and back when I belonged to the official SB website, the volunteers there had all kinds of good suggestions. This site does too, but you may have to delve through some old threads for it. One of mine is, I can't eat artificial sweeteners or onions. So any recipe that calls for those, I try to use regular sugar, but maybe halve the amount or even 1/3 or 1/4 it. Or use jam to replace the sweet stuff. For onions, I'll double the garlic (yes, in the allium family, but you use much less of it than onion in recipes), and increase the spices of the other ones by a bit, to replace that.

Things like that can go a long way to help with recipes that contain ingredients you don't care for.

one of the turkey meatloaf recipes calls for one pound of meat to one cup of oatmeal. That one to one ratio is really quite nasty. instead of that, I may add in some navy beans to the turkey, or have refried beans on the side, and I reduce the oatmeal to a half cup.

Hoping that is helpful information.

@JANICEONE1 congratulations on getting through that colonoscopy and bravo for doing it! In three years, I have my next one. Yay. :) but better to know than not.

Kim and Rosy, a heart team

In my area a couple of people on quarantine went to an event. People can't stand to stay home and behave themselves. We have become a society that can't be alone, can't follow rules, can't tolerate even 2 weeks of "deprivation" to save their lives and those of others. Disturbing. Stay safe.

We have bluebirds and robins here too now. Hubby built them a new birdhouse this week. We cooled off and may have some flurries this weekend.

I was getting ready to put out my new Blue Bird feeder (mealy worms) and Oriole feeder but I just looked at the weather. Last Saturday was 70 this Saturday snow and 18. think I will wait even though ssome folks have seen some bluebirds.

Gotta say, I use the Kirkland single serve hummus cups. I used to eat with 5 ritz crackers but it is great with celery as an approved snack.

I can do it with your help!

Kim, thanks for the census info. I definitely will not be left out this time. I wondered what info they needed - it sounds easy to fill out. My hubby likes rabbit and says it tastes like chicken. I had not heard of the rabbit-rabbit either. Very interesting. I want to have my DNA tested but my hubby doesn't. I want the info mostly to find nationality and medical info. Not so much relatives. Your info was certainly interesting.

MTRANCHWOMAN, South Beach works for me too and it is a great diet.

Janice, I eat egg whites every day and don't get tired of them. They are one of the few things I can eat that often.

It's Spring here. The weather has been really nice. Some rain but lots of warm days and sunny days since mid to late February and into March. The Spring peepers starting singing on March 1st. My crocus and periwinkle started blooming Sunday. I have spent a lot of time resting in bed or sitting outside in my swing trying to recover from this respiratory virus. I have not been as sick as I was in 2006 or 2013 but sick enough. I'm staying home. I have been able to keep up with most of my work by pacing myself though it takes me a lot longer. I'm low energy.

so far I've stuck with the egg whites with Canadian bacon & the V-8 juice for breakfast, now to get back to my Zumba routine

Not a fan of this mornings smoked salmon frittata-did not like the dry packed sun dried tomatoes. Ate most of it. I have liked a lot of the food. I adjust when I see something I don't like and I replace it. It is working. Still at about minus one pound per day. Feling great.

I can do it with your help!
