I hope all is going well with you as well IMJOESWIFEY.

Life has a way of getting us caught up in all our responsibilities and to-dos.
Thanks for stopping by to check in.

I recently started trying to exercise again. I "failed" in that I exercised 2 times last week and that was it, but I'm not letting it stop me. I just have to tell myself that every time I do, is one less time I didn't.

I'm trying something different which is avoiding gluten as much as possible, not because I'm actually allergic to it, but it seems it does everyone good to rid their diets of gluten; this is what I've taken from the research I've done.

I do need to start taking some multis, but I'm so bad with that.

I have lost 12 pounds total. I gained 2 back, but my goal is just to lose the weight slowly and maintain the loss as I go. I don't want to go back to my highest weight, and that's what I'm working on now.

Many blessings you way!

May God give you the strength to handle everything you have going on in your life :)

Hello, my lovelies! How are you? I pray that everyone is doing well. I just wanted to stop by and check in. I have been so busy. No excuses, other a full time mom, wife, studen working on her doctorate in seminary, full time ministry lead, etc. Blah blah blah. None of that matters when it comes to my health, and to yours. I apologize for being "absent" over the last few weeks. I have also stopped eating right, exercising, etc. On October 1st, I gave myself a challenge to get my behind up and get moving. My goal was to track every day, and exercise as well. I tracked everyday, but only exercised 1/2 the amount of time I should of. I was really beating myself up, also for it, but then my sweet husband pointed out to me that it was more than I had exercised in the previous 8 weeks so I should see the positive in it because change has to start somewhere, right? November 1st was a new challenge: track daily and exercise three times a week. (Took the setting up of failure down from daily to 3X, see what I did there?) haha. So, what are some things you are doing to break an old habit? What supplements are you taking? Are you journaling your food? Anybody out there lost weight recently??? I'm praying for you all, and am going through this journey right along with you. Have a beautiful day!
