My best streaks of exercise always involve a fitness partner. If I know someone is counting on me to meet them at 6:00 am, I am most likely to get there and do the work. However, I don't have such a partner right now and it is really hard to stay committed! In the last 15 years I have only had two really great fitness partners. I am praying for a new one!

Turn on PC....start a dance track in high volume,which is having more beats and somewhat inspirational.You can even try Shakir's tracks!
It sometimes work for me..but most of the time I too feel like you.Its pretty tough to move after long day of work,cooking,cleaning...bla bla bla

So, I seem to have a problem with dedication when it comes to exercise. I seem to cycle. I stay really strong for like 4 weeks, and then I struggle for 2. I lack in exercise and the will power to keep going. THEN...I pick myself up, dust myself off, and get back on track, slowly. I have to figure out a way to keep myself consistant...when I am feeling strong, as well as when I feel weak. What are some things you do to trek on, when you feel like just sitting?
