Hi,

I just started my journey in weight loss, well at least this time! I have had PCOS diagnosed for about 12 years. My symptoms have become so out of control that it is time that I gain control back.

I do have troubles because I feel like I weigh so much, that it is difficult to get out and start exercising. Any advice?

Also, I was wondering what others are doing to help keep their PCOS in check.

Thanks for having this team!!! I'm so excited to begin my journey!!!!

Hello my loves! Just stopping by to check in with you all. I have been on my weight loss journey now for 4 weeks. I have been zumba-ing it up about 4 times a week and seriously watching what I eat. I have lost 15 pounds and 8 inches. The pounds are dropping slowly, but I have already went down a full size in my clothes. I feel so great. HURT most days, haha. But feel amazing. How are you doing? Chime in here and let me know about your progress. If you haven't made progress...that's alright. Chime in anyway. The best way to get started, or back on track, is through encouragement!
