First, take a big, deep breathe. Traveling & moving are naturally stressful events, and they do not lend themselves to supporting a healthy lifestyle. That said, it doesn't mean that you have fallen off the bandwagon, it just means that you have to refocus your energy.

Start small--try to measure & log your food, and aim for at least 10 minutes of exercise per day. Don't succumb to the feelings that you have lost ground or have to start over again. You are already ahead of the curve because you know that you can do this! And you can do this!

Ok I am finally in Fort Richardson Alaska we have been traveling for the pass month and still have one more week until we are in our new home. It was very hard to eat right and got a little bit of exercising but not enough I have even weighed myself I no I have gained weight so I have to start all over again and I am trying not to stress but it is hard not to oh to top it all off the holidays are around the corner but I am going to try to lose some weight so where do I begin? emoticon
