Some ways I've found to make ACV more palatable:

over salad
with a little bit of stevia to sweeten it in a glass of water.
over half a cup of chopped cucumber with a little salt and pepper - very nice

I took it religiously for a couple of months and lost a few kilos - I don't recall how many now, but probably 2-3.

I think I took a tablespoon before each meal?

I know it's great for you, I also know it tastes yucky.

How much should I be taking a day (I've heard various amounts) and have you got any suggestions on a way to make it not taste so icky. (Or is it one of those things that I'm just going to have to get used to?)

Also, if you have any inspiring stories of how it's helped you control symptoms, lose weight, yada, yada, yada, that will help me in my effort to get my ACV down every day. :-)
