Low GI and low carbohydrate diet has definitely helped me. I used to eat lots of fruit, thinking it was a healthy thing to eat, and wondered why I had such trouble losing weight (prior to being diagnosed with PCOS).

I have a website with loads of PCOS info www.mypcos.info Please stop by!

I was wondeirng if lower gi diet has helped other women with pcos. I;m thinking of doing something like 40 30 30 or lower gi diet. type thing. I know some things that are SUPPOSED to be healthy, don't make my body feel healthy, like fruit. I can't eat it by myself at all, later I feel like my stomach is so empty and I'm so close to starving.

would luv y'alls input on this.
