This is my weight issue. I only weigh 125 and so I really don't need to lose any (because with my height that would be unhealthy) but I do have a belly going on. I would definitely like to fix that.

Thanks for the feedback!! Right now, it seems like I still have this pop belly. Hopefully I can get rid of this soon enough.

That's where us women store our fat in is our bellies! Unfortunately! :)

Yes, you're right that eating well is a big key, but burning enough calories is also helpful. Make sure you're doing enough cardio. You can work to tone the muscles in the stomach by doing crunches, etc, but that won't "burn the fat" off. Cardio in general is what helps to burn the fat.

You'll get there. The belly is always the last to go, but it eventually does!

I'm starting to think that even after my 70 lbs weight loss that I STILL have a belly that I really want to get rid of. I'm OK with the rest of my body but I really want to focus on getting rid of my belly fat. Any tips/ideas? I know that it has mostly to do with diet, but I also know that when diagnosed with PCOS it might be harder to lose the fat around the midsection. Any help please?

Thanks!
