You're welcome. It's easy enough to fall off the wagon when you are busy. The other thing I find I do is get distracted and ignore the beginnings of hunger and put off eating until I'm ravenous at which point anything which doesn't run away fast enough is fair game. Setting an alarm to remind you to eat every 30,60 or 90 minutes can help.

I'm sorry you've had a rough week :(

I sometimes find if I'm madly busy that pre-preparing a heap of healthy meals and snacks on the weekend and freezing/refridgerating them so all I have to do is grab and gobble helps. If I'm not prepared I might make bad choices.

I had a really bad week last week. In the business of repainting my apartment, trying to get a new job, and keeping up with school work, I completely fell off the wagon. I was eating when I could, but not healthy because it was so crazy. And I didn't step one toe in the gym last week. I am pretty sure that I gained back the one and a half pounds I lost last month.

So now, I know I need to get back on the wagon... but I am finding that getting the motivation to do it is extremely difficult. Just the thought of hitting the treadmill makes me tired. I am so busy right now, I am having trouble finding the time to breathe much less cook meals and work out. Any advice?? emoticon
