PCOS, will make you feel that way. I know personally, that there are days I work super hard at sticking with my diet and exercise plan and see no results. But, I stay positive and know that I am creating healthy lifestyle changes. So, stay positive and you will see results.

Hi Jenny,

I'm sorry to hear you are struggling at the moment.

PCOS is definitely not an easy thing to deal with. I find that if I can make myself do an exercise session (any kind doesn't have to be long) and have a good protein based breakfast like eggs then I feel good about myself for the rest of the day and am more inclined to stick with the program, as I've already made a good start.

Does that make sense?

Anne

Hi everyone,

I am really struggling with staying motivated through the rough spots. I have super slow weight loss even with proper diet and consistent exercise. Most days i'm okay with it but i find lately i just want to give up because "what's the difference"?!?! i know this is a silly way to think but i honestly do feel like this sometimes. It makes me feel like it doesn't matter what i do i'm destined to be the way i am.. try or not, i seem to stay the same...
Any pointers on how i can get past this?
Jenny
