I have many work out DVD's that I love! However I think any good cardio DVD is going to drive your neighbors nuts and thats just because it SHOULD require a LOT of movement. My favorite DVD is by 10 Minute Solutions, I have Card Killer and Kickbox Bootcamp. They both really kick my butt! They are nice because you get to chose which 10 minute segment/s you want to do. I normally try and do 2-3 segments for a good workout. They do require a lot of leg movement but they have really helped me shed some pounds. They weren't too costly either, I got mine from, but I'm sure you can shop around to get a great price.
Maybe you could talked to your neighbors to try and find out a time when they aren't home so you could work out without bothering them

I've been thinking about investing in a fitness video I can use at home when i don't feel like working out at the gym and also for some variety. Unfortunately, I live on the top floor of my apartment building and I don't want to be disturbing my neighbors living below. The fact that I can hear when they vacuum makes me think that they can probably hear all but the softest steps.

Does anybody have recommendations on vids that aren't going to drive my neighbors insane? I would prefer something cardio vs strength, but any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks!

People tell me they like my profile picture because it makes them laugh

I say, "Thanks! Thats why it's there."

The happy Buddha mug in the picture says, "RAISE THE ROOF!"
