I did the 1-mile "Walk Away the Pounds" with Leslie Sansone.

There are 3 workouts on the DVD: 1 mile, 2 miles and 3 miles.

No matter how slow you go, you are STILL lapping everybody on the couch.

I have a lot of her videos but my favorites for a few weeks now are a set of (4) of Leslie's that I got from Amazon for older adults.. Starting with 50s and onward. They're actually what I needed to get back into routine.

Have not been walking for a while did the 1 mile this am going yo get back yo this each morn.I have a homebased daycare and my first one comes at 615 my husband leaves at 6:20 am thinking I do it after he leaves 15 min.

Hey SueWorthy, Hope your still having success with WW and your exercise program. I'm just beginning to really take my health more seriously...that being said I'm trying to be more consistent with exercise, and trying to monitor my intake better...that's no fun, but aye we're all in it to win it right? Keep up the effort! I also do a few of Leslie's workouts I think they're fun and when all else fails you can count on getting through a fat burning workout without the dread factor.

I have a few of her dvd's. Yesterday I did the WATP 1 mile express AND the Heart healthy which allows you to choose 1 or 2 miles..I did the 2 miles..so I did a total of 3 for the day...and I was amazed at how much of a challenge it was for me after not working out at all for a few months. I'm hoping it will get easier once again if I can commit to continue doing it at least a few times a week.

Life is NOT a bowl of cherries for all of us.

I am one of Leslie Sansone's biggest fans. I have been using her walk DVD's since 2005 off and on. Her videos are easy to follow without a lot of hard movements. They give me the workout tha tmy body needs to lose the weight. I just wish I could learn to continue using them even after I lose the weight. I have many of her vidoes ( around 40) and I enjoy every one of them. I just bought the bootcamp DVD about two weeks ago and I enjoy it but it does not give me the workout like her Four fast Miles.

I have --in different DVDs-- 1 mile, 2 mile, 3 mile, 4 mile super challenge, 4 mile walk slim-- they are two totally different workouts--5 mile and the 1 mile jog. I also have walk and kick. I was looking yesterday and I saw that she had something called puncch and kick i believe. I may be about to get that one. I have been doing Leslie for years and right now I am kind of bored. So I am putting together a routine where I can do something differently everyday. I am hoping to incorporate some long workouts on ome days and some short workouts on others and add in some strength training. I also have her Firm Walk VHS. Is that overkill? LOL!

I have Leslie's Walk at Home 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk. It's set up so that you can walk all 5 miles at once or pick a mile or two for the day. Also, I have her Walk Away the Pounds Ultimate Collection. It has 4 complete workouts on 1 DVD. It includes: 1 Mile Get Up & Get Started, 2 Mile Brisk Walk, 3 Mile Advanced Walk and 4 Mile Super Challenge.

Hi,

Is that something IM gonna have to put together myself. I know she has 5mi,but....

Hi Everybody,
I am new to this team and I am happy to be here. I only have one of Leslie Sansone's videos and that one is Walk away Hips and Thighs. I'm strong enough now to do one mile. I see getting storng enough to do both miles. Once I can do both miles more than once a week, I will reward myself with a new video. Any suggestions?

Today, I'm starting my weight loss program again. I am starting with Leslie's Walk Away the Pounds 2 Mile Brisk Walk. I'll be sticking with it for at least 2 weeks, then I plan on adding other Leslie workouts.

For me, I don't use just one and move on; I'm a DVD addict so I have hundreds and that would drive me insane!

Right now I am getting back into using her workouts and will be sticking with my variety of the 2 Mile Walks. I want to increase up to the 3 mile DVD in about 2.5-3 more weeks.

That is really great Adriderry. I started with the 1 mile walk and have worked up to 2 miles. I'm really happy for you that your health is improving. These workouts will make you stronger, and really help you reach your goals for losing. I have lost 54 lbs so far with walking. Its a wonderful exercise when you are limited with your mobility, and it grows with you as you get stronger. Good luck to you. emoticon
