Do you toss and Turn - OR -Do you sleep soundly?

Lately I sleep fairly soundly for a few (4-5) hours, then I'm restless! I did sleep much better when I was at my sons. Thinking it's being alone that bothers me!

Sometimes, it depends on the change and why it's being changed. If it's an unseen change, I go with the flow.

Sometimes.
Some things are 'grounding' for me: I don't like these basics to be changed, such change is uncomfortable.
Generally, though, a positive change is energizing, adds perspective.

Ok, apply that to this journey of mine.
I've made lots of changes in lifestyle as well as goals, and love the excitement of it!

But. Don't take away my quiet time alone! Especially my mornings and my evening wind-down times! These are basic to the person am inside. (When I visit other people, and they chatter in the mornings, I truly dislike that change in routine!)

Sometimes. If the change is for the better, then that is ok, but if it is done just because someone thinks you should change; then not so much.

Depends on the kind of change. I like changes that I make, I don't like changes that happen without my prior approval.

Do you deal well with change?

Yes--change is great!
No--I like it when things are familiar
Sometimes
Other

For most things, I am open to change, but there are times when I really don't want to see a change. Maybe that makes me human?

Forgetting to eat. I seldom have interest in food.
So. I eat fewer calories than I need... and do it at the end of the day.
Because I remember sometimes, that means the inconsistency and eternal starvation mode confuse my body.

It's not a downfall but a difficulty: late afternoon eating. I just don't eat between meals because it's easier than stopping with just a little.

What's your biggest diet downfall?

Being inconsistent with food tracking
Overeating on the weekends
Eating too few fruits and veggies
Drinking too many calories (soda, juice, coffee drinks, alcohol, etc.)
Lacking the motivation to eat well
Other (Share it in the comments

My downfall is my love for chocolate!

I am at goal, so my self image problems have to do with accepting my age. I feel OK about how I look, but I'd rather look 40 years younger.

How is your body image?

1) I feel great about what I look like.
2) sometimes I can accept my looks, depends on what it is I have on.
3) If someone says I look good, I give them "excuses" as to why, instead of a hearty "Thank you' !! And enjoy it.
4) I do not accept the way I look. Once when I "reach Goal" than I'll like myself.

For me....Now that I have reached my goal weight and I'm exercising daily, I feel great about myself.
