Other.

I'm more at to forget to eat than be tempted to eat, and time of day isn't involved except that I'm more apt to remember to eat in late afternoon or early evening when I've forgotten to eat or am at extremely low intake.

Sleep poorly; have had a sleep disorder since 11/1992 auto accident. Must get up, walk around, use heating pad at least once, usually more to relieve pain.

Do I save non-fitting clothes? Yes and no.

Yes, I save MANY:
Old clothes can be GREAT!!
I wear clothes that are 1-2 sizes too big around home til they're threadbare! They're comfy and I don't have to worry about spilling on them while cleaning or cooking.

...and...
No:
....when I buy something very different for a specific type of event that doesn't often recur (weddings, etc), I seldom save the item beyond a year if that long. I don't save clothes that are 'ok' but not favorites. Right now I have a bag of last summer's clothes that are in good condition and should be worn but too nice to keep as raggy-clothes. Once or twice a year I go to the donation box (local charity for disabled people) with a bag - or two - of nicer clothes, such as those used for going out to dinner, that no longer fit.

92 degree physical therapy pool.

Warm water exercise is what I call my 'lifeline to normalcy'.

I love the exercises I do in it... and because exercise there, not only am I much better toned, but I also can do 'land' activities otherwise impossible or hard to do! When I was without use of such a pool for 1.5 years (my phys. therapist died..), I had trouble moving at all.
