Do you think chiropractic care really works?

Yes, I'm a believer

No, I think it's a hoax

Not sure, I've never looked into it

Yes! In fact my Dr. recommended I try one and he has been a great help! Much better than taking lots of meds and being in pain!

How do you get your Vitamin D?

I take OTC Vitamin D supplements daily and a prescription dose monthly. I also get it from Vitamin D-fortified dairy products, especially milk.

I do get out for walks and catch a few rays that way, but the Vitamin D I get from the sun is probably not that much.

I think women's will give you more to the point what is wrong with other bodies but will do it in away where it will not hurt your feelings? Cause they been there done that! Men just say what they see and what they like in other woman? Does that make sense?

No, they really don't interest me. They have lots of money to pay trainers, buy all the "right" foods, plus they usually have someone to cook it for them, and take care of their families so "they" can concentrate on themselves.
We "mortals" are on our own...to buy, cook, take care of family, find time to get in our exercise, etc.

What is the most frustrating part of getting fit?

Finding motivation to start and stick with an exercise plan.
Finding time to fit in exercise.
Dealing with muscle soreness.
Figuring out what to eat to support both fitness and weight loss.

Mine is finding an optimal exercise plan *for me* and sticking with it. I do walk regularly, but I would be better with a well-rounded exercise routine that includes strength training and stretching.

I use the grouping option for things that use condiments, like hamburgers, hot dogs, etc. and do the bun, the meat, the condiments, since I eat the same each time usually. I presume when I eat commercial burgers, like McDonald's or somewhere, that that is in the calorie count given.

Do you track calories from condiments?

Yes, I track every detail of my food.
Sometimes - If their high in calories.
No - I don't think it matters.

No, but I check the label for calories and am aware of what I am eating.
