I am 35 yrs old and have just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Shock of my life. I am 99 pounds overweight and didn't eat very healthy. I am starting to put my foot in the right direction.
The doctor told me if I work out and get my weight down it can be reversed, is that true??

I hope to be a healthy fit role model someday...Ruby.
