I have always enjoyed the Daily QFC! Keeps me focused....is central to the origin of this team. Love how I can pop on....post on the team wall, see others excited to keep fitness alive and break out in the daily challenge - at it's roots, the QF team enables members to log on quickly, and bust a move! emoticon emoticon Love it!

I also am here for the daily challenges. I never thought checking in daily was a useful thing as I never know what to say.

I agree with the newcomers. Most people just post in the chat that they are here.

You are doing a great job, I know how hard it is to lead a team.

Hi Kathy,

Thanks for taking the time to ask these questions and ask the team for input. I really only use the team for your daily exercise challenge ideas so I will defer to your judgement (and others feedback) on the other topics. I just thought I'd take this opportunity to let you know I enjoy the daily challenges even if I don't always post in that thread. I'll try to be better about posting there so you know I've done it...or at least tried. :)

Just fyi, I do not think you can remove or change the Intros forum. That one is a standard SP-created forum that team leaders cannot remove nor change. Sorry about that!

Our current team forums are:

1. General team Forum;
2. Introduce Yourself to the Team Forum;
3. Check in & Other Notable Posts;
4. QFC of the Day Forum;
5. Resources for Quickfire Challengers Forum.

We have to keep the General Team Forum. The original team philosophy, map, and team basics are all posted here. Please review them and let me know if/how we should update them.

I don't know if we need a whole forum dedicated to introductions. Maybe a sticky thread under the general forum might be better? Then, we could come up with an entirely new forum.

I'm unsure what the check-in and other notable posts forum was intended to be. I think we could move the daily check-in under the general forum & come up with another new forum.

Maybe one new forum could be related to nutrition and another to fitness.

Or, maybe a forum generally around healthy lifestyles. This could be articles about nutrition, health, new science, supplements, SP resources, outside resources, news items, etc.

I think we keep the QFC forum and move it closer to the top of our forums since those challenges are the purpose for our team.

The last forum on resources could then be repurposed for a new topic. Maybe fun and games or something different that the team decides.

Lastly, our team goals right now are to:

1. Earn 650 sparkpoints per month.
2. Do 500 minutes of fitness activities per month.
3. Complete the QFC every day.

Do you like the goals as they are or would you like to change them. These goals can be updated/revised on a monthly basis if you'd like.

Please, please, please post your ideas for the forums, threads for each forum, and team goals on this thread. I'm very interested in your feedback and excited to be moving forward with this team.
