Everything! The points and my friends keep me motivated. I love tracking absolutely everything I eat, I love giving goodies and receiving them too! I love the educational aspect as I have learned sooo much. I would not have ever taken the time to learn about nutrition had it not been for SP.

The part on offer from SP that I enjoy most is touching base with siblings-in-Christ who in all likelihood I wouldn't meet in this lifetime without SP.

I like being able to see at the end of the day what I have really done, not just what I think I have done. So being able to track water intake, food, and exercise is one of the many things I like.

I love tracking my food, but I think I have enjoyed reading the articles more than anything. I am a lifelong student (just ask Margie or Ruth!) I love to learn! I used to think that I knew a lot about nutrition and fitness (I am a nursing student), but I found out that I was wrong. I have learned so much more in the past two weeks, and I am LOVING IT!! It has actually helped me in my nursing practice because I'm in a community nursing class right now and I have been able to share nutrition tips with many of my patients!! Amazing!

I like being able to track my foods. The point system motivates me to do more than I normally would.

I like several aspects of Spark People... the point system and community seem to really help me stay much more faithful! I LOVE to be able to log my food and see if I am getting what I need daily... I have added calcium, iron, vitamin C, and fiber to my nutrients in my daily progress report.
