Typically whenn following a low carb diet, breakfast SHOULD be the only meal with carbs in it!
However, you have many options to eat breakfast without carbs too...
-Cottage cheese Dry curd (regular cottage cheese and most other dairy HAS carbs in it!)
-eggs (hardboiled, make an omlette or however else you like em!)
-chicken breast with veggies (I add salsa and cheese!)
