My health and fitness goals this year are to continue making better food choices, working out 4-5 days per week, and losing 50 pounds by December 31/January 2, 2021! emoticon

I also am progressing through saner, egalitarian relationships, either platonic, familial, or romantic. emoticon

2019 is our year! ;)

lower blood and pressure numbers.
be fit. move daily and do resistance stuff.
lose the stubborn last 10 pounds.maintain a consistent calorie deficit.

I have been MIA from Spark People for some time, I'm back emoticon

One of my goals for 2020 is consistency! Now that the weight is down 20 pounds, I have been working on maintaining it.

I'm back in the gym emoticon
Working out 3x a week-Cardio and weights
Healthier meals that include more organic vegetables and more fiber in the diet

That sounds awesome Julie!

My goal in 2020 is to start making some healthier meals. I recently took charge again of my kitchen but haven't been cooking the healthiest meals (as delicious as they are). The ball is in my court. My husband will eat just about anything so my only pushback is from my kids (who haven't exactly been fans of my recent creations anyway).

After having spent the last 4 weeks in Kentucky with my son and family, then my husband drove all the way down to spend the next week with us, we're now thinking seriously about selling our house in KC, MO and moving here to Kentucky! It's beautiful here!!

We took a drive east to the foothills of the Appalachians with our future daughter-in-law, looking for venues for their wedding next November, and saw nothing but so much beauty. Even this late in November. We'll be taking the same drive again either tomorrow or Wednesday with our son in tow so he can see the venues as well. The Appalachian mountain range truely is beautiful no matter when you go to see it. I hadn't been in years.

If we do move here, there are SO many places to walk to. SO many places to go for exercise in the neighborhoods! And my daughter-in-law to-be has already agreed to be my buddy even when we do go back to Kansas City. We can facetime every day after she takes my granddaughter to school. Our son and "daughter" are already saying that we can stay in their house until we have found a house to live in. They've been very generous with me while I've been here.

We definitely love it here.
