Get my BMI down under 35 so I can have my hip replaced by continuing to eat healthly and building a regular exercise regime within the constraints of my disability.

I strive to avoid refined sugars each day, I take 2 walks with the dog daily, and I do my best to daily do yoga and get in bed on time. I keep track of these goals in a notebook and I write blogs about my progress here at SP.
