So far I've lost 30 pounds since Jan. 11th. My goal is to continue losing. I would like to lose at least 30 more pounds by October. And go keep my fitness streak going!

To create a healthier lifestyle for my family. We are starting at the YMCA as a family activity. My kids have classes twice a week so those are two days I can set a good example by working out too. And we are starting to talk about what we are eating more and making changes together.

to eat more healthier, to stay young and to lose 5k or lose 1 or 2 dress sizes. to do this I need to be more proactive at the gym and do cardio 2 days and cardio and strength 3 days

For my health and fitness, I will be getting back on track. I have not been putting myself first, so that will be happening first. I will have time with God and then doing things to take care of myself. I am starting the strength training now.
