I recently revised mine ..... Getting serious about making the wisest choices for health ..... and making time for exercise and being consistent ............(also journaling) ........Am not waiting for January 1 to roll around, but taking Action NOW ......... emoticon ....

lose 8 pounds so my health numbers go down.

Exercise at least 10 a day for 5 day. This is maintence. Now is 30 minutes/5 day a week.. Increase whole grains. Learn to control/stop emotional eating. learn my triggers

Get married, Learn portion control, overcome emotional eating, lose 75 more pounds, less medicine, train to become a certified fitness trainer, get master degree

Make one small change at a time. Even the smallest things make the biggest difference especially in weight loss :)

Nutrition overhaul: Cut Cholesterol & sugars. Increase h2o, grains, veggies, nuts, probiotics and heart healthy foods. Keep low calorie count. Build physical strength enough to sustain 60 min cardio workout.

Goal:
Work out in some fashion everyday.
Lose 7 pounds each month.
Motivate myself by coming to SparkPeople everyday.
Track everything I eat and drink.
Say nice things to strangers each day.
Walk over 5,000 steps each day.
Walk 10 flights of stairs 3x week. (I travel, stay in hotel)

My Goals:
Continue to record my Nutrition and Exercise on the SP trackers.
Try to lose at least 5 pounds a month and strive to lose 7 to 10.
Lower my Cholesterol to a healthy range.
Drop my A1c back to 6.1 and keep it there.
Raise My Exercise Minutes to 1 hour everyday.
Give and Receive Support From SP members.

I have been a carb-lover my whole life and will be starting a "smart" carb lifestyle in the New Year. Then, I usually get my exercise from walking but will start doing yoga in the New Year, My crockpot will also be put to major use with healthy recipes.
