On this particular night, it is such a great reminder of my blessings to be here and read all of your magical words! As for mine, I am so grateful:

~ for this community even though I only quickly slip in and out on MOST days!
~ for the wondrous storms and rain from last night.
~ for the little Bleeding Heart plan left on my front doorstep by an unknown "vandal"
~ for my own resilience when I am feeling melancholy.
~ for the wise words of poets, mystics, and great Masters who feed and nourish me.
~ for music...
~ for the month ahead -- in just over an hour in fact!

Blessings, all!

I cannot let this month pass without a word to the Universe and all of you...

thank you for being here... every single day...

you have given me more strength and hope than you can imagine...

I'm so sorry for your loss, Smashy... and Taz, my very most hopeful thoughts are with you for whatever comes...

I am so thankful for the single-mindedness of so many of you for continuing your studies in the face of so many distractions...

I am thankful for dear friends who ARE here... and those who have gone on...

For the world that spins on and somehow... I am here on it... so I must have work yet to do...

I am thankful for work that still... somehow... seems important to me... for the ability to get SOME kind of vet care for a very good little dog who I do so hope is getting better even though it seems like as I begin to see some progress on one thing, another thing lets go... old age is not for sissies and she is a brave girl, my dear lttle Pickles...

I am thinking of you all... Welcome Tara... I'm with you here even when I'm not running my big mouth...

I heart you all so hard...

Good luck with the studying, Maha!

Grateful today for
*my office mate and friend, who shares all my daily ups and downs

*my neighbor and friend, who bought me a little bottle of sake after hearing I'd gotten sake cups at an auction last weekend

*my curmudgeonly friend, who complains a lot but holds me dear (I can tell)

*my social friend who told me today we are co-hosting a party in a few weeks (which turned out to be something I did, indeed, want to do)

*my sweetie and friend, who is keeping this old house hanging together while I'm swamped with my job

I'm Sue, and I won't let fear hold me back.

Be vigilant; guard your mind against negative thoughts.
-- The Buddha

Good evening friends! This bag'a bones is weary, but I promised myself that I would do two things upon getting home from campus: 1) post gratitudes 2) create study schedule for Apr 30-May 7. So here goes on the first imperative:

~ helping my ill friend avoid negativity by example

~ getting some important preliminary steps accomplished today on-campus

~ looking forward to dinner with the linguistics class tomorrow eve at the prof's apt.

~ feeling good about sending info and a call-to-action to profs and students about the scary and dangerous new AZ law

~ my 1984 Toyota Dolphin camper systems that have been looked at and repaired if necessary so far: hot water heater, water pump and under-sink leak fixed (just disintegrated washers), refrigerator, toilet, wall heater, air conditioner...and the truck runs like a charm

Blessed be!

Take care dear Taz! Kat, still thinking about the frost thing in spring???

Today I am thankful for:

*being able to take the day and deal with my inner demons, and have a place to blog about the process.
*the pictures I have been collecting for my vision collage and all the sources the collage team has told me of. I was able to find some to help me process a big sticking point I was having trouble verbalizing.
*a totally kick a.. water aerobics work-out. We really pushed it and the eye didn't have a bit of a problem. This work-out was harder than what I was doing before the eye, so I feel great and back.
*my trainer for her amazement, carefullness, support and positive feedback.
*word processors, because I have written out pages and pages today.
*being able to feel thankful and face the darkness in the same day. I have never been able to do that until today!

Safe journey Taz, best wishes for your family!

~ I'm greatful for days like today where everything else seems to interfere and I find I have accomplished nothing. They only remind me I'm not in control of everything and to just chill out.

~ I'm greatful for STRAWBERRIES that are in season right now and and big, bright and sweet!

~ I'm greatful for the trials my son and computer have put me through today. They remind me to keep my patience

~ I'm greatful for the incredible motivation and encouragement I find on Spark. I bought the book for my Kindle last night and can't wait to start reading it.

Back to one of my favourite places after a few days of unanticipated distractions AND SparkPeople site maintenance – don’t you just hate it when your posts are bounced because the site is down? (I do think SP needs to figure out a better way to alert users – if there was forewarning, it certainly wasn’t very evident!)

That said, I’m grateful

* for SparkPeople and the incredible folks I’ve “met” here

* for the “pros” of technology…allowing me to keep in touch with all the special people in my life, and for both internet chat and telephone chat with my eldest son yesterday

* for the myriad gifts of this lovely SPRING
including

- memories of the lilacs, tulips and quince that comprised my wedding bouquet almost 28 years ago
- an unprecedented profusion of blooms on the dogwood in our upper yard this year…must get some pictures later!
- apple blossoms
- water bells and windchimes, and a husband who likes to “tinker” making gadgets with such things
- the aura of magic surrounding new growth when bathed in the sunshine that’s making a more frequent appearance
- the return of the outdoor farmer’s market
- birdsong, even the squawking of the two eagles that appear to have made the top of an ancient spruce in our lower yard a favourite vantage point

Tazmomsgal – my thoughts are with you and your family at this time.

I hope you’re all enjoying a blessed spring day!

It is our sameness that draws us together. It is our differences that help us grow. It is respect that makes this possible.

Today I am thankful for the health that I enjoy.
For spirit
For sunshine, rain and hail
For another chance to learn
For my real time friend K that has passed to another world. Even tho we were not able to see each other very often, I will really miss her, her smile and vitality. And her determination to teach, which she was able to accomplish.
For my friends here on SP that I cherish as well.

Tonite I am grateful for my new therapist.

I am grateful for regaining my Energy this week!

a warm and safe place to live;

My friend Yvonne and her sweet cuddle party on sunday;Seeing her again and feeling the Love;
Grateful I had the energy to travel to attend;

Becoming stronger in learning to set boundaries;

finding an avocado and a yellow pepper AND scallops at farmers market today!

That I was able to nurture some women by hugging and cuddling them this weekend when they needed touch.

that I saw a small Pug with a yellow raincoat this morning and laughed with joy! (don't laugh in the morning usually)

Grateful tonight
* That I held my tongue when a coworker was SO incredibly arrogant and rude. (I really wanted to scream and cuss at her!)
* For the beauty and joy of watching thunderstorms periodically break out of the sunshine and drench us with rain and hail
* For the break in the storms which enabled me to walk to my car after work and stay dry
* For my hubby working late so I have some alone time
* For making it through the day after only 2 1/2 hours sleep (my sister moon is in town....)
* For all the new members on this team.

I know you are lurking out there somewhere...

Once two children were talking to each other. One child said, "If you show me where God is, I'll give you an apple." The other child looked around and said, "I'll give you two apples if you show me where God is not!"

God as holy vibration is everywhere. It is not that you are filling a place with that holy vibration; you are making it express, making it shine more. Imagine a plain stone. Keep rubbing it and it will begin to shine. It will reflect light. If you just leave it crude, it won't reflect the light. By polishing it more, you make it express what was always there.

There are holy vibrations in every place, but it is in our hands to make it a holy place. Sometimes, even if it is a holy place, if we don't reinforce that sanctity, the place will slowly lose its expression of holiness. If you begin to do business or carry on worldly matters there, eventually that high vibration will no longer shine forth. The vibration is to be brought out and expanded. It is the people who come with good intentions and do the spiritual practices who bring out the holy vibrations already existing in a place. In essence, it is the people coming to worship who make it holy.
-- Sri Swami Satchidananda

Tonight I am grateful for

Bob's enthusiasm (your gift is on its way)

being able to watch the chilly, windy, sometimes rainy morning from my warm office, then enjoying the delight of a sunny afternoon

remembering to put out the composting bin for tomorrow's pickup

my lunch of a skinless and boneless sardines, onion, and roasted red pepper sandwich on high-fiber bread spread with Dijon mustard

my blueberry smoothie bringing back fond memories of picking wild blueberries as a small child when we lived in St. John's, Newfoundland (that's also where I ate my first sardine sandwich and devoured my first lobster)

my willingness to try, try, and try again when challenged by bumps along my way (thank you, parents)

controlling my recreational time on line better and better

recognizing how valuable time really is

this community composed of so many dear people.

Peace and blessings,

Michelle

~the joy of reading all your wonderful Thanksgiving posts

~that on the way home I will be able to stop and see the Grand Canyon for the first ever, something I have always wanted to do

Peace and blessings to all of you! It's good to know that you will all carry on with gratitudes and be here when I get back.

FINALLY home from work, and feeling so much better than I did yesterday at this time. Bob, I agree, some days are really tough. And gratitudes seem forced, but once you start listing them, things begin to change. It is an amazing way to push through the blues.

Today, I am thankful for
* Several uplifting phone calls and emails regarding my job change...
* The winter sky, in the midst of spring...How green everything looks against the dark gray!
* Chocolate for lunch
* Veggies for dinner
* More contributions and members on our team for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure
* Experiencing the joy of "paying it forward"

KARBIE18 I am in total agreement about Lilacs! What an incredible scent! It’s my favorite! Mary Anne I have discovered the Oats and Dark Chocolate bars also, and love them so much, I have to steer clear for now, until I have more control. Maha I’ll join you in the Self-forgiveness work, if you don't mind. I’m glad I was able to help you! Finally Michelle send me some of that parking karma- good I hope! The hardest thing driving is parking now, sinse I have no depth perception- yikes!

Today I am thankful for:

*my knee and back recovering from yesterday's busy day. My first PT/Work-out since my eye prob. I overdid a bit, which was followed by following a client over hill and dale to look at her property. Then meeting another client, and ending with yoga.

*my totally kick .... work-out today at water aerobics. My body felt strong again and I was able to ramp up a bit and my eye didn't give me any problems- man it felt great after 5 weeks of not feeling this way.

*my aerobics trainer for caring about my health so much and getting on me because of yesterday at the first of the work-out- I have laid myself up a lot of times from over-doing work-outs.

*my therapist for her mind, training, feelings, and wisdom. She is great to work with and bounce ideas and feelings off of. I showed her the last week of postings from this group, and she got a kick out of how amazed I am that I can think of so many things to be thankful for and positive about. When I started with her, she kept asking me to come up with just one positive thing that happened in the last week, so I have to laugh at the change also.

*my friend Valerie for posting on the goals thread when she hadn't done much she intended to. I so respect and am thankful for someone, who doesn't just post the good days, but keeps it real every day. I started the thread because I wanted a habit of posting for when my next physical problem happens. I tend to close in on myself, and lose touch with my positive plans, and lose focus. You are my hero for keeping posting when you are having a tough time. I very much also look forward to you posting that you have met all your goals soon also!

*not being like I was 3 years ago, 3 months ago, 3 days ago. If it wasn't for the hope of change and starting over I would not be around.

Is grateful for all the little things...

The Yellow Bowl

If light pours like water
into the kitchen where I sway
with my tired children,

if the rug beneath us
is woven with tough flowers,
and the yellow bowl on the table

rests with the sweet heft
of fruit, the sun-warmed plums,
if my body curves over the babies,

and if I am singing,
then loneliness has lost its shape,
and this quiet is only quiet.

This morning, I am grateful for ...

* waking up to birds singing on a crisp, cool morning
* celebrating a friend's birthday last night & being moved by her description of a double rainbow she saw on the way to my house
* eating meals outside on the deck, enjoying the spring air after a cleansing rain
* anticipating going to the nursery on Saturday to buy herbs and heirloom tomato plants
* Only two exams to go before the semester ends
* As always, a life worth living, possibilities and freedom to choose

Good morning! As I sip my coffee and start to get in gear for departure for my 8am class, I reflect on some of what's RIGHT~~

Tonight I give thanks for:

all the teachers, both official and unofficial, who have so enriched my life

accepting life's lessons--sometimes over and over again :-)

determination in the face of being techno challenged as I learn new computer skills

another terrific Feldenkrais class

parking karma

Trader Joe's chicken sausages flavored with jalapeńo and roasted red peppers--100 calories, 6 grams of fat, about the size of a hot dog, and oh so tasty

a lovely telephone visit with my father's wife

knowing the inspiration will come about what to say when I call her tomorrow--the first wedding anniversary after my father's death

her making him so happy for so many years and taking such loving care of him through his mental and physical decline

all the people who work mightily to improve our planet and the care of ALL its people.

Peace and blessing,

Michelle

On this Monday evening, with another opportunity to share all that I am grateful for:

-Adjusting to life without school quite nicely
-Stopping on the way home from work for a chai tea latte and finding a friend who needed an ear
-Friendship, the give and take of it all
-Coming home to find our neighbor kitty, Sparky, who looks just like my Lady Gwendolyn (except he's bigger and a male), curled up sleeping in one of our chairs on the back deck, and getting to pet him a bit
-My amazing partner
-E-mail from one of my Australian friends

Have a great evening!

Today I am thankful for:

*so many thankful things to read on the posts since my last post here.
*being able to get back to physical therapy before my back went out, like it has done the last few times I was out with a long health problem.
*feeling strong doing the weight machines and not having to start over too low on amounts this time.
*not feeling so down and defeated at having to start over again after I hit my maxes. This time I was excited to be back working out at any level and new I'd catch up again soon. This is a major change in my psyche- due largely to my therapy work, and in large part to the challenges to name positive things on other groups and posting each day to this group each day- thank you all!!!
*how great one of our jobs looked as I dashed in to meet with the client- great work crews and Generalissimo Bob!
*cool temps for keeping the spring flowers fresh and with us longer.
*the carpet of dogwood petals covering the pine needle path I take to my truck in the morning. The storms brought down a lot of debris, but also this lovely surprise this morning.
*my dear, blessed teacher who sent me pictures of the offering that was made at the Mahaboddhi temple at Bodh Gaya India in rememberence of my mother and at my request, his mother. It touched me deeply that he suggested this at our most holy site and saw to it, and it has helped me in my healing work with my relationship with her- Tuk de chi! Geshe-la.
ps. yes Maha the pictures will be on my page soon. pss. the not having more to say from yesterday has obviously passed.

Hello all! I will do my Attitude of Gratitude now as I'm off on a vacation in the wee hours with my Sweetie and will be gladly cutting down on computer time for the next week :)

~ for a great quarter end meeting with our accountants and understanding the challenges as well as the goals of our organization

~ that my chiropractor agreed to take me over her lunch hour so I could get home early

~ webinars where I can learn with my shoes off and feet up

~ Rebecca for forwarding a Spark issue to the folks in charge for me

~ a chance to recharge my batteries over the next few days and figure out what our/my goals are and how we/I will accomplish them

~ the Universe gently guiding me on this trip called life

~ that our youngest is NOT moving home until NEXT month! Whew! I had nightmares about what I would find next weekend when we got home. LOL We need to clean out some space for all his personal "stuff" and I'm thankful to have another month to get myself "mentally" prepared for his arrival as well as get some rules established. 20-somethings returning to the nest ... I could write a book! LOL

Today, may I make good decisions that create positive outcomes and may I have wonderful, loving people in my life to share this awesome journey with.

gratitudes for Monday.
A not so restful sleep, but enough to enable me to have a not so special breakfast and a 1 1/2 mile walk.
Time to spend in meditation before doing a load of wash and getting it out in the sunshine. A trip to the hardware that got me more information than I needed about a project already formed in my head.
For warm weather gear ready. Cold weather gear standing by. Another opportunity to spend a couple of hours reading the new book I received from my friend. Knowing this day is mine and I have the choice to do what I want with it.

Wake up, Mahalakshmi! Remember what excites you. Think of these things, those friends, and the adventures that can be yours. Focus. Care. Fantasize. Imagine. It's all so near. Speak as if you're ready. Paste new pictures in your scrapbook, on your vision board, and around your home and office. Physically prepare for the changes that you wish to experience in your life. You've done this before. You know it works. You're due for an encore. It's time to amaze. That's why you're there.

And it's why I'm here,
The Universe
P.S. Wake up, Mahalakshmi! Remember! Do what you know to do! It's all so near.

This evening I give thanks for:

this community that reminds my soul how fortunate I am

the joy when I truly feel my gratitudes and don't just know them in my head

roasted broccoli with olive oil and crushed red pepper accompanied by a baked potato kissed with unsalted, organic butter for dinner last night

the pleasure of a mindful shower meditation

rising early and hearing the birds welcoming the morning light with enthusiastic cheeping

a relaxing, productive day effortlessly staying in the flow

paying more and more attention to pacing myself, both physically and mentally

balancing kindness to others with with care of myself

knowing that love is best expressed by action.

Hope everyone has just the week they wish.

Peace and blessing to all,

Michelle

Let me jump in with another welcome to Tara. What a beautiful profile picture you have!

Today I'm thankful
*For a chance to share a new friend's birthday with her yesterday

*For a chance today to have some fun and give to charity at a local fundraiser

*That so many of my friends work for nonprofit organizations. I'm honored to know so many people working hard to make the world a little better.

*For a chance to jazz up our typical Sunday dinner. This week we're taking it on the road, and throwing in some dancing!

*For a week without a business trip. I need it!

Have a wonderful week, ya'll!

So much for which to be "greatful" (thanks, Tara!) for on this breezy, cloudy Sunday morning!

~ for the breeze and the clouds which I honor on this lovely morning.
~ for my Mother-in-law who despite her original reaction to our relationship, just told me on the phone that the ceremony was nice but that I had always been her daughter! (Ok, pass the Kleenex, now.)
~ for Tara's presence -- welcome!
~ for Sandra's headache-free morning and academic accomplishments!
~ for Steph's study free time and 4.0 final grade average! Hearty congrats!
~ for Maha's journey that she shares with us so courageously and generously...inspiring my own journey!
~ for STLRZGRRL and her memories of Pauline. Gratitudes for sharing them with us. Now we know of her as well...
~ for Carli_Mae, Gail, and all the politicos and subversives! We need you now more than ever!
~ for Mazzyr and her greeting from the Thanksgiving Team!
~ for Norlana and her "attitudes of gratitude" that keep me smiling (and for her well wishes, of course!)
~ for everyone on this forum who I have not mentioned today. Each of you are very uniquely important in my heart. Your journeys and your challenges inspire me daily!
~ for the sounds of Singing Bowls which accompany my posting this morning.
~ for all the gifts I have in my life!

Blessings and light to all!

Good morning! Hmmmm...the birdies are STILL singing out here in the country Sandra...maybe it's those city birds...they have to get out there and earn a living and the country birds can just hang out more.

I'm deeply thankful this morning ~~

~ to be part of a Good News Community

~ for the exceedingly Good News that Sandra has finished her last paper of the semester -- emoticon astounding! (I still have TWO papers to go...plus THREE finals to look forward to -- yikes)

~ for a bicycle ride ahead today, preferably with my pal Sandra

~ for my organic dark roast Sumatra brew with a dollop of organic vanilla bean ice cream on top

~ for a source of eggs from happy country hens that wander around enjoying life

~ for The Last Theorem, a gripping sci fi by two masters, Arthur C. Clarke and Frederik Pohl

Blessed be!

Oh my ... it's been an eventful day since I posted yesterday morning. Stlrzgrrl, thank you for your testament to Pauline. I could feel her presence. LessBigBob, glad you could go back to the gym and glad all this positive stuff is wearing off on you. It's taken awhile but it's wearing off on me too. Gina, I am thrilled for you and your marriage after 17 years of commitment! Congratulations. And AT -- keep sharing those aha moments. You really made me think this morning. Michele, good to hear you are finding peace about your decisions. Change is never easy. Tara, welcome.

This morning, I am grateful for

* all of you for sharing. It takes courage to share who we really are and what we feel deep down.

* for humor, subversives, activists, advocates, passion, contentment, wisdom, hope and all of those other qualities shared so freely here.

* for waking while the birds are still singing

* for a day of more healthy eating yesterday and looking forward to a day of even better food choices today (I've been on a mini-binge for a couple of weeks)

* finished my last paper of the semester (well at least I have complete near-final drafts). Now just that pesky final that requires me to exercise the neurons that hold information in memory. A real challenge.

* As always, a live worth living, possibilities and the freedom to choose.

May the light of life shine brightly on all of you this day,

Sandra

Welcome Tara -- I'm sure you'll find this a welcoming and inspirational place to pause for a moment or two each day!

Gratitudes tonight for all of you and the positive sentiments and info posted here -- including that Bob seems to be making strides on the road to recovery, Sandra's lost her headache (I do hate tenacious headaches!), Maha's scholarly achievements, Gina's marriage (congratulations!), AT's 'ah-ha' moment, Michelle's energy and well-being (wish I could have been there for brunch!)...

And, I'm glad Carli and Stlrzgirl consider themselves subversives (OK, I know a few of the rest of you fit right in there too...) -- you folks just keep on keeping on down your way and I'll keep agitating here in the 'land of the Maple Leaf' and maybe, just maybe, we can change the world...

Also, Stlrzgirl, I am so grateful for those like you and your dear friend Pauline with hearts that hold our canine companions in such esteem...may you soon find some glimmers of sustained hope on the Parker Project [and, on that note, even though we didn't want any more pets after years of caring for just about everything under the sun, I'm grateful for cat love and the three remarkably social / formerly feral cats that appear to have taken up permanent residence with us...even got two cat kisses today!].

I feel blessed tonight --

-- to have lived with a (usually) smart, funny, gentle and compassionate partner for more than 33 years (I know I'm not perfect either!)

-- to have the 'eye' (as Bob says) for unbridled creativity in the garden (Bob has to get and stay well...check out his photos -- we have horticultural mastery in our midst...I know I'm going to learn things from this man!)

-- with the peace that fills my heart when I 'putter' in my garden

-- to have discovered information I've been searching for for a long, long time

-- to recognize that I do have options and the power of choice

Have a wonderful Sunday everyone!

/Gail

This evening before I'm off to bed, I thought I would end the day on a positive note and express some heart-felt gratitudes. Here they are:

~ for a rainy day to nourish the Earth.
~ for the chance to get flowers planted just before the rains came.
~ for friends who responded to our last minute invitation to help us eat leftovers from yesterday's Wedding reception!
~ for the magic of Spring!
~ for the love of R
~ for my SparkFriends who support me in my physical and spiritual journey!
~ for music, which will soon lull me to sleep...

Blessings and good night to all!

Tonight's Attitude of Gratitude ...

~ getting caught up here! Hello Tara and welcome!! It is wonderful to read all the blessings bestowed upon this team :)

~ safe arrival home, drive being pleasant, only got lost once when I didn't listen to the GPS

~ GPS - a girls best friend!

~ that I can dance and sing in my car to my heart's content! LOL I actually dance and sing better in my car - why is that?

~ that I am all packed and ready for tomorrow's Spring showcase dance performance ... ready or not, here I come!

~ Dancing! That I can still do it, that I have the means to pay for it, that I've made wonderful friends, that a friend noticed when I talk dancing, my demeanor changes and I light up! Really??? I hadn't noticed! LOL

~ that the daughter helped out in many ways this weekend

~ that G-man is on his way home after a very long day at the winery

~ still walking on air from spending time with my business mentor and his team

Saturday evening, and I express my gratitudes
* For the diversity of the people who post on this thread....and yet, how we are all woven together with a thread that binds us...
* For getting a HUGE grocery shopping done (Our house was like old Mother Hubbard's).
* For my sweet hubby, who responded to my urgent call from the check out line...when I realized I'd forgotten my wallet
* For reminders like that which force me to stay focused on the details of life
* For an ah-ha moment last night regarding our choice to buy the house we are in.
* For grilled artichokes. Low cal, low fat, and SOOOOOO yummy!
* For a sense of humor

Today I am thankful for:

*reading STLRZGRRL's heartfelt posting. Thank you for sharing such a personal loss and your openess in doing so. What a blessing for you to have known such a wonderful person.
*a new person posting on the site- TaraConklin. Welcome!
*Sandra's support upon reading of my medical news.
*my first gym work-out in 5 weeks!!! I was so glad to sweat again, and so amazed I didn't over do it! I found a good heart rate to keep to and my eye felt fine.
*to having one of my people in the gym with me- over weight person. I never see any large people in the gym and was very pleased to sit down next to a lady working on her weightloss. She started saying she hadn't done much, and seemed to appreciate my cheering her on and saying yes she was. I usually am the one discounting my efforts, weird reversal, the positive stuff may be sinking in.
*my wife taking her friend to the Rossini Opera tonight and letting me Spark and turn in early after a hard week.
*the heavily blooming locust trees along the side of the road, which took me back to those we had in my yard growing up.
*the rain today, though I hope the storms lighten up as they move East and don't cause further damage.
*our local health food grocery for all the organic food at our disposal, and a great lunch!

This late afternoon I give thanks for:

awakening refreshed and alert again--hope this becomes a habit

making a tasty treat of a brunch for myself

seeing the sun glinting off my lovely Ginkgo leaves and the gentle breeze causing an interplay of light and shadow

a day of work on a new project that energized and inspired me

the satisfying and healthful smoothie I just drank

meditation music enhancing my sitting

the pleasure of learning new things

a free evening to do as I wish

the good fortunate to have many dear, sensitive people in my life

the graces that rain upon and the joy of recognizing them most of the time.

Peace be with you all,

Michelle
