... I don't want to be embarrased as I dance on November 15th with a big belly hanging out.
I don't want to get injured because I am pushing myself too hard
I don't want to miss out on a day and take the easy way out
I am afraid of getting older
I am afraid I will get sick and die of something
I am afraid of looking foolish out there

Today, may I make good decisions that create positive outcomes and may I have wonderful, loving people in my life to share this awesome journey with.

Fears, Concerns, Dangers (since I can't circle any, the last three):

Fear of the unknown in the case of the church. Just writing that paragraph out has made such a huge difference in my attitude. God always opens a window, when a door needs to close – I just hadn’t seen it yet.

Dangers involved with investing in the stock market have kept us outside of it in the past. I believe the time is right, but won’t risk any funds that we can’t afford to lose.

Concerns over handling the aging of our parents. Again, after writing this paragraph, I can see how to approach with love and actually get to a better relationship than we already have.

Fear about “not” getting my class finished with honor roll status. This is the ugly head of perfectionism that I see all too often. I have done well in the past, and shouldn’t worry about a future mark. Even if it’s not “honor roll status”, it will feel good to be done.

I was concerned about being bored with no children in the house. I can see that it will open up new avenues for both hubby and I.

Concerned about work, and where it will lead me. I enjoyed my project of training so much last winter, and didn’t want it to end. I need to investigate ways of doing more of this – even if it means leaving the current employer.

Concerns about losing the weight . . . can I do it all the way to the end . . . will I be able to keep it off . . . can I help others / be a motivator / good role model

When thinking about your answers to questions #1, what fears, concerns or dangers need to be eliminated in order for you to reach your goals?

After you are finished listing those, please cirle your top three...

Today, may I make good decisions that create positive outcomes and may I have wonderful, loving people in my life to share this awesome journey with.
