I'm glad I got this note, down the road, I have to figure out how to proceed. I was running for about 3 and 1/2 weeks. Then I was getting this pain in my hip. I figured it is the IT band or this muscle that starts with a P.I did stretches for both, since I didn't know for sure.

I thought I'd stop riding my bike and running for a week, ad it went away. Then I may have pulled a muscle in my lower back, because wen I woke up, it was there for several days.

I've been waking off and on. Actually last week, I only got in 2 times.

I would like to add these things back when i get it figured out. emoticon

I just started running several weeks ago. Today I did 3 bursts of running, 2 minutes each. The rest was walking in between for around 40 minutes.

I'm trying o get i shape for my sis Pati who has lost big time ( on my blog ) emoticon
