Today, it was a couple cups of water, oatmeal made with a a cuple tablespoons of dry milk and a chopped banana, and two mugs of coffee.

emoticon I generally rotate between these breakfasts.
1. cottage cheese, fruit, and Wasa crackers
2. peanut butter, local honey (allergy relief), multigrain sandwich thin
3. dannon lite & fit fruit yogurt,
mixed nuts
4. oatmeal, 2% milkfat lactaid, raisins
5. tomato slices, eggbeaters, grated low fat cheese
& every morning 1 large mug of flavored coffe... Yum... the flavored varieties don't have any more calories than regular brews and make me feel like I'm having a treat (My DH just brought home pumpkin spice. I drink it black but I'm sure it's good doctored up a bit.. It's terrific.) emoticon Here's to you! emoticon

I have a bowl of oatmeal with skim milk every morning. Love it and it seems to hold me longer than cold cereal.

I almost always have a bowl of Special K hi protiem cereal with skim milk. If strawberries are good, I add thise, sometimes a banana. then at mid morning i have a cup of green tea and a muffin or something. Pam

Oh man! I love oatmeal...with peanut butter in it...YUM But alas, I need to be gluten free so no oatmeal for me anymore:-(

Had 2 rice cakes w almond butter and raisins. Glass of almond milk.

Did the trick!

Just made gluten free blueberry muffins. Looking forward to freezing them and eating them throughout the week.

Yahoo had an article on-line this morning about 8 women who lost weight and kept it off. One did it with Spark!!! One did it with the Go Clean ( I think that's right) Diet....looks interesting.

Today I had an egg with a 90 cal. 8 grain sandwich thin, toasted. It was good! Also, 6 oz cranberry juice...no sugar. (Welch's) Also coffee.

Eating breakfast is essentual for a healthy lifestyle and weightloss. That said.. what did you eat for breakfast today?

I made regular oatmeal with Almond Milk. Sauteed apples in a tsp of butter and cinnamon, Put that in with the oatmeal. Mm Mm Mm. Its totally healthy and smells SO good when it's cooking.
