Hi everyone! Today's tip is to ejoy a cup of chinese oolong tea which is said to be beneficial in reducing and maintaining weight by increasing fat oxidation (fat burning) by a whooping 12%. It tastes great both hot or cold and there is a tremendous variety of affordable oolong tea.
Enjoy a cup of oolong 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to your walk, workout or yoga session!
