Exercise and certain foods stimulate the production of serotonin and endorphins, which are responsible for a feeling of wellness and improved mood. Some of these foods are dark chocolate(1 square,just 30 calories), nuts, tuna and salmon(rich of omega-3, could be this week's dinner). As for herbs, the only one coming to my mind right now is St. Johnís wort, which has been known for centuries and can easily be used like tea. To top it all I'd also reccomend some yoga or other breathing exercises to keep your mind fresh and relaxed, just a few minutes of it can work wonders!
