And because I get asked this a lot: to know if the wax is ready, put a drop of it into a glass of water, if the drop vanishes in the water, keep the wax for few more min. on simmer, if the wax drop settles and you can see it that means the wax is ready ,it's best to apply talc before applying thin layers of wax. Always use cotton strips. Also add a spoon of honey to leave skin softer.
WARNING:- NEVER EVER ADD WATER ,NOT EVEN A SINGLE DROP TO YOUR WAX.

Did you know that you could easily prepare your waxing at home? It only takes 2 cups of white or brown sugar and 1/2 a cup of lemon juice. Pour them into a saucepan and heat it over a low flame. Keep stirring the mixture to avoid burning, until all the sugar has melted, and you have a thick brown liquid. Let it cool slightly before using it. It can be stored in a heat proof container (glass) for later use. Store it in fridge. It can be easily warmed up in the microwave. It works perfectly, I use it on a regular basis.

Oh yeah I know Mate, had it once in a tea room but found it tastes horrible!! I prefer to use tea with ginseng, which also is said to be energising but find it less difficult to swallow.. :-D

Ok here's my contribution: did you know that the so called Yerba Mate is a medicinal and cultural drink of ancient origins, introduced to the world by the Guarani Indians? It is known for its effects of sustained energy, appetite control, mental clarity, and allergy relief.

Did you know that a few drops of Rosemary essential oil on a handkerchief in the morning can be used as s great wake up call / energizer on your way to work?
It has an overall stimulating and invigorating effect that works on both mental and physical levels. Also Fatigue and depression brought on by weariness or feeling "run down" are relieved by the stimulating and energizing effects of rosemary oil.
