Update:

Saw the Dr. yesterday and let him know what has been going on. Seems I may be having a problem with my esophagus and the hiatal hernia I have. He wants me to go see a specialist and have some tests done. We shall see what happens next. In the meantime I have not had any problems for a week now. Just adjust my diet a little more and keep up the workouts.

thanks for your feedback. I'm feeling better. I only asked this question because I've been having a problem lately (and will be seeing the dr. next week), in which I'm feeling fine and during a meal I'll start in with an upset stomach and loose the meal within a half hour and then I'm wiped out for the next few hours. I have no warning signs ahead of time that this will happen.

thanks for your help

I hope you're feeling much better!

I log most of my meals in advance at the beginning of the week and then adjust things at the end of each day. Most of the time, I don't bother deleting foods that I didn't eat. I do make it a point to add foods that I ate that weren't according to plan.

I don't think one meal makes a big difference in the great, grand scheme of things. Since I'm currently in maintenance mode, I'm not a stickler for details. Logging my food in advance has really changed the way I look at my food intake.

Best wishes to you!

Let's walk!

I'd log the calories. Our body assimilates/eliminates what we consume on a regular basis. How that takes place depends on our digestive/elimination system and whether or not we're well.

We have the ability to make notes as part of our Nutrition Tracker. So, a note could be made regarding the lost meal.

Hope you feel better soon.

I think you are overthinking it!! Log the calories to be honest. If they had no impact, you are on the winning side.

Not a strange question at all but one I never thought of. I guess for me, if I feel bad enough that I end up loosing lunch, I would not even think about calories. I probably would not count them depending on how long they stayed down.

I have a strange question. Yesterday after I ate lunch I felt sick and ended up (no nice way to put this) throwing up lunch. When that happens do you bother to count those calories? Thanks for your responds.

Take care
