I feel the need to post my goals on each of my team pages. If for no other reason that accountability.

So here goes:

I want to try a different system this time. On the 1st of each month, I am going to weigh in. ( even if it is close to my weekly weigh in day) I will be sharing with my accountability partner my goals for each month. My plan is to keep goals as simple as possible and to cover exercise\food\weigh-in and check in.

So for January, here we go:

First Weigh-in: 150 pounds

Weigh-in Day: Monday Morning

7,000 steps per day

7 hours sleep per night

3 Days per week of minimum 10 minutes cardio (bike/treadmill etc.) and 2 Days per week Strength Training.

Daily - log all meals

Allow for 1 - special treat per week (Not necessarily food)

5 Days per week of check in in with my accountability partner
