Just a quick update. I had the cluster froze on Monday after work and I can tell you it hurt. I did not walk that evening but have walked every day since as I will not let this be an excuse to not get myself in shape. I talked with my Dr's nurse this morning and they said that the pain/discomfort is normal. This means that we may have finally gotten it and that I may be rid of this cluster soon. So hoping I do not have to go back in to have it frozen again but I will do what I have too.

Well in just a couple of hours I go in to see the Dr about the cluster of planter warts on the ball of my foot. He froze them off about a year ago and I did home treatment for 2 months but they came back. This is not just one but rather a cluster about the size of a nickel.

I am kicking myself in the rear for not getting my exercise in this morning. Hoping my foot does not hurt too much so I can still get some in tonight.

I still don't quite know how I picked this darn bugger up but would not wish it on my worst enemy.
