I got mine the other day, but haven't had a chance to sit down with it until today. I've decided that I will restrict myself to reading one chapter a day so I can absorbe the material and follow the exercises in the chapter guides. Some days I may finish reading a chapter but spend a couple days working on the activities in the chapter guide. I'm in no big rush to finish ... I want to do this right, not fast.

Good afternoon, the word today is simply COLD. -29 degrees. I have always heard & read you have a better chance of losing weight keeping a food diary. Wow, it is reality check, it certainly does not take long to use all your calories up. I am excited I received my sparks book in the mail today. Now, to get motivated to go to the gym. Have a nice weekend.
